Fast efficient service and plenty of useful information on website and responses to email questions great . Only for stars instead of five as delivery driver was rude and pallet arrived ‘broken in transit’
He also did not follow instructions regarding the delivery (blocked the road with the van at the end of the road instead of driving down blaming a ‘tree’ that prevented him from going further?!?) nor engaged in any polite conversation just dumped the pallet at the entrance to the driveway and walked away with very little to say. Shame

Stove World & Ignite Fires. Dream team!
We were recommended to buy a stove from Stove World, and were happy to this, however, what made the experience outstanding was Scott from Ignite Fires near Basingstoke. He helped us to spec the stove, advised on the install, then collected it. The fireplace had a 70's gas fire and Flintstones hearth.... All removed tidied and the new stove and hearth fitted. The guy is a genius, he made a tired old fireplace not fit for purpose, into something wonderful. Very happy. Give Scott at Ignite Fires a call, and buy your stove from Stove World!
