Nice stove which looks good value
Nice stove which looks good value. Delivered on a pallet to the driveway. Delivery was not the most efficient (lorry too big for local roads on 1st occasion despite my warnings) but arrived the following day.

While we always pass access warnings along to our third-party pallet networks, heavy haulage depots can occasionally face vehicle availability limits on the day. As a retailer, we rely on third-party heavy haulage courier networks to deliver our stoves. Because of this, we send out multiple pre-delivery emails and state clearly on our website that this is strictly a kerbside-only service due to driver safety and courier insurance restrictions.
Looking at the proof of delivery photo provided by the courier, the driver actually went significantly above and beyond their contracted duties. Moving a heavy pallet trolley across a loose gravel driveway to position your stove safely under cover is incredibly difficult physical work that they are not required to do. While we understand it took some coordination, we are incredibly grateful to the third-party driver for extending this courtesy.
We hope you are delighted with the stove itself and our service as a company. If you need any help with your new stove, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team directly.

Stove world supplied my wood burner originally and now were able to provide all of the spare consumable parts needed to give it a thorough service. Everything arrived within 2 days of ordering so top marks for an excellent service.

Outstanding communication throughout
Stoveworld have a great communication system. My order came in two deliveries as part of it was on order, with delivery due a few weeks hence.
Stoveworld delivered what they could within days and then kept me constantly updated with the due delivery date for the rest. At no time did I doubt them or needed to contact them to verify anything. Excellent service
