Excellent service. Handles look smart and have a strong return after pushing them down. Disappointed that screw heads’ black coating slightly came off when fitting, but overall impact not diminished.

Wrong item received - and zero communication
Having ordered from Stronghold Direct for the first time, I was sent a different item to the one pictured on its listing. (The item I received could have been bought cheaper elsewhere, but I had avoided it because I knew it wasn't what I needed.) Nine days after alerting the company to the error, I still haven't even received an acknowledgement for my email. Very poor service and communication.
