I haven’t even received my parcel
I haven’t even received my parcel I had the worst service from them the Royal Mail said that the red number doesn’t contain a parcel under my name and address chelsmford Royal Mail have had problems for weeks a lady told me the day before Halloween she would sort me out a New parcel and I could go pick it up that didn’t happen I sent messages on Instagram and commented on post nothing back awful company do not recommend unless collecting

Excellent communication and even though there was a big queue outside the store when I arrived to pick up my order everything was organised effectively and the process was smooth.

GOOD QUALITY
Quick delivery, all items came well packaged - I ordered wings and a tutu - the wings are fragile but very good quality as only paid £5.99 and tutu is amazing absolutely love it!! Would definitely buy from here again :)

What an amazing store and amazing staff! I visited this store in person whilst doing some shopping, initially for a browse. I was in awe at how much variety they had in terms of items for sale and also lovely the staff were, particularly Aspen who was just so friendly, approachable and helpful. She was kind and patient and answered every question I had with great expertise and helped me find the perfect Vape for me. She then even talked through and helped with me getting it set up! Thank you so much Aspen and team, I’ll definitely be visiting again for my Halloween shopping!!
