I found the part I needed on the Wolf…
I found the part I needed on the Wolf website but it wouldn’t let me order. Realized after several days of trying that I need to go to the Subzero site where I finally got the part needed and ordered.
Very easy then, heard back quickly and great follow through.

I was able to find the part I needed and the website was easy to navigate. The pricing maybe a little high but is well worth it if parts are in stock and delivery time is reasonable, which they were.

The first order was a little tough however you straighten me out nd the fit was perfect part . Now I have to order the freezer side. If one goes they should both be replaced . Thank you

Wrong size and terrible return policy
After providing the model and serial number, the part provided by SubZero parts still did not fit my refrigerator. I paid over $300.00 for shipping and the gasket. Now I have to pay $28.00 to return a part that doesn't fit after buying the one this company recommended. I'm also subject to a restocking fee?! This is totally unreasonable. Go to Amazon, they have more affordable parts that actually fit your product and you can return it if there's an issue.

Our records show that your order was placed independently through our website without contacting our support team prior to purchase. No email or message was received from you with the model or serial number before the order was completed. In fact, during checkout, you confirmed — via a required checkbox — that you had verified the compatibility of the part with your specific unit using the model and serial number.
As part of our Return Policy, return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply if a part is ordered incorrectly. However, when our team makes an error in recommendation, we always take full responsibility — covering shipping and waiving fees. In your case, the part purchased was not recommended by our staff.
That said, we still approved your return and provided a prepaid return label to assist with the process, which we normally don’t offer for customer-selected orders. We did this in good faith to ensure a positive resolution and to show that we value our customers.
We’re committed to helping customers get the right part — and always recommend reaching out to us before placing an order for free compatibility confirmation.

Ordering replacement water and inside…
Ordering replacement water and inside air filter was a bit confusing this go around. The first time I ordered just over a year ago was smooth and easily understandable. This time the water filter gave me enough doubt that I needed to send and Email to Subzero to ask which code number was the correct one for my unit. The response was quick and accurate. I now have the replacement parts code numbers written in my instruction manual.
