Be informal and thorough.
What I did not like was it took very long , it’s winter so the house was very cold, there were children in the house, electronics could not be charged. There was no prior notice of needing to shut power off. After the job was completed, all information was not submitted and I had to send in the information thank God I was home from work to do so or else we would not get our incentive.

between dealing with ES Solar and Sungage, and having to fill out the SAME FREAKING DOCUMENTATION 5 times, you would think that someone would figure out what they are doing over there!!!

In this case, the additional signatures were required as part of a reapplication process. When a new application is submitted, documents must be generated and executed again to ensure proper authorization and compliance, even if the information has not changed. I like my solar, the Cavu solar company install this system very good, now in day time with sunny, my house is using all power by solar panels not using Novec electronic, Cavu solar, all peoples are so nice and honest, Thanks all
