I have not been hooked up or received any benefits of products and keep getting bill reminders. I’m expected to make a payment before I’m even using the system. The constant emails to make a payment are annoying.

Loan billing begins based on the financing agreement rather than system activation. These reminders are intended to help prevent missed payments, but we understand they can feel excessive when your system is not yet operational.

The installation crews were polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. The project manager was informative and responsive with dates and time. My roof and panels look great! Next I look forward to future savings!
