We want to help get this resolved. Sungage Financial provides the financing for your solar project, while your solar installation company is responsible for the system's performance. Our records show your project has been operational since October. We encourage you to contact your installer if you haven't already.
We're currently looking into your situation on our end to see how we can support you. If you're having difficulty getting a response from your installer or need assistance, please call us at 844-SUNGAGE. If applicable, can advocate on your behalf with the solar installer.

Reasonable rates, nimble service, and friendly customer service. Sungage Financial was easy to work with. They processed my loan quickly. Their loan documents are easy to understand. I was able to get additional money for the project at the last minute.

Company could not get the scheduled…
Company could not get the scheduled auto payment right. I scheduled payment for the 26th of the month but started getting deliquent notices on the 20th of the month. As a result, my credit may have been impaired. I have been charged the wrong amount as well.

Hi Rebbecca, we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced with your payment schedule. We understand how stressful it is to receive delinquency notices and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
After reviewing, it appears there was a misunderstanding during the request to change your due date. Although the change was initially discussed, due dates unfortunately cannot be adjusted while a loan is still in its promotional period. Because the due date was not able to be changed, the system continued to recognize the original due date rather than the date you selected for your recurring payment. This is what caused your account to appear past due even though you had a payment scheduled for later in the month.
We’re very sorry for this miscommunication. If you have questions about billing or payment processing, please contact our servicing team directly at 877-742-2701, as they are best equipped to review your account and address any concerns.
