Sunnamusk London - Manchester Arndale Avis 72

I purchased Abid Ambre and Golden Dust in SunnaMusk Manchester Arndale. The testers both smelt amazing and quite unique. Hope the purchased ones smell as good and are very long lasting when they're used. Saeed was the sales person who dealt with me, he was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the product and the company and delivered a first class customer service.

As other reviews say. I got a sample card in a shopping center and initially was impressed. This card smelled intensely for over a week and even made my jacket pocket smell.

So I placed an order for that exact scent and It just arrived and is not even 5% as intense or powerful or long-lasting as that sample card. In fact, the smell is already gone while writing this.

I assume this is their scam to get customers and then mess them about with refunds as stated in other reviews. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and I recommend anyone else to do this as they are good at protecting consumer rights and will get the refund off Sunnamusk. If they don't give you a refund themselves.

I'm assuming all the 5-star reviews are bots and not genuine accounts.

So be warned this is happening. Others on here and tripadvisor reviews say the same. Ill be posting there too so people know not to trust this company.

I bought a box set that was badly packaged i.e not labelled and leakage. Customer service tell you what you want to hear in rectifying the issue hoping you won't pursue when not delivered. I have provided proof of purchase,many photos and umptine emails with what they require, unfortunately after my pursuit and constant contact with customer services they have achieved their empty promises but in return received this review to make the paying customer aware of their after-care service standards. Sunnamusk please don't reply this is purely for paying customers to make their own decisions with this truthful knowledge. To your reply, I don't need to contact you, you have all the details you need to just rectify your customer satisfaction. These responses are as I said unfortunately empty promises, the reason for the review is to make the paying customer aware.

The curly haired balayage woman working at Arndale today (19/08/23) desperately needs to learn how to respectfully speak to customers. She was rude and had a stinking attitude which overpowered all the scents at the counter. I wish I got her name but unfortunately her behaviour was so poor I had to exit myself from the situation as soon as possible. Sunna Musk has an awful reputation for hiring arrogant people with no people skills which is ironic because why is your head up your backside when you’re working a minimum wage job. Whatever your name is I hope you learn from this.

Avoid Sunna Musk Arndale at all costs.

The opening notes of Suunamusk Evanto are a combination of bergamot and zesty grapefruit, very similar to Creed Aventus. Because it's an oil the concentration is fantastic and lasts all day... a little goes a long way.

If you're unsure about buying any Suunamusk fragrance I can recommend the sample pack, you wont disappointed.

I went to Edinburgh shopping with my daughter. I never had any intention to buy anything until I saw your counter.

I have bought oil instead of spray from Braehead and preferred it.

I asked specifically for oil and the girl said its oil based I said its only oil I want. She said ok went got my purchase.

Assuming I had what I asked for I opened to find it was spray.

I am back home to see she has given me spray. I am so angry as ai took the time to explain.

I was not intending to buy today amd now I have its not the correct item.

Would not go there again no matter how specific you are it makes no difference. The girl should have told me before I bought that it was not oil

Got a tester version on a little smell me card 6 weeks ago. I can still smell the scent. Returned and bought a bottle of Abid Amire and after one hour the scent has gone. The product has been diluted drastically to save costs. Really didsapointed.

Spray does not last long at all, compared to when you go to the actual till and try it on. Was a waste of money

Great perfume

I am frankly disappointed-the parfum that has arrived is no where near to the tester that drove me to buying. I am not sure if I will buy it again as the smell doesn’t last long??

Sunnamusk is a wonderful fragrance house all the oils are soo long lasting and smell beautiful, however the twilight Oud which is a personal favourite of mine and many friends has been sadly discontinued. Such a shame.

Went to Manchester Arndale and was handed a card with Abid Ambre on it, great smell. Ordered online a couple of days later and delivery said 4-5 working days. Aftershave arrived in 3 days. Brilliant service and great Aftershave at a really good price

I bought the Golden Dusk yesterday in Manchester, absolutely gorgeous. I am returning next week for the Candles for Christmas gifts.
