Don’t use this site, it’s a scam. Signed what I thought was a one off €39 fee to find a grind. No appropriate teacher found. Didn’t mind paying initial fee but it turns out to be a monthly subscription, this was not clear in any of the correspondence. I have contacted company on few occasions to ask them for refund the second €39 and stop further monthly fees but with no response. Am now going to have to get onto Bank to see if this can be formally reported and monthly amount stopped.

IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! I signed up to do tutoring and someone paid me 187 euro and Superprof would not give me the money. When I went on to the online chat room for help, the superprof employee gave me complete abuse and suspended my account. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!!!

Good and bad at same time. Here you can indeed find all kind of tutors, some with amazing experience. Be extremly careful when you create an account as this will charge you a fee once you do it and without you realizing you're subscribing a monthly plan when you will not use the website anymore. You're informed that this initial fee is to pay the lessons, although the tutor never sees this money. There's no point to contact costumer service as you will not have an answer and you will never recover your money after it. Make sure the subscription is cancelled if you ever create an account in this website.

Superprof is a great platform for all levels, and I have found their UI very well laid out and the service they provide suits my needs as a maths tutor very well

Very easy to use and text possible students. Sometimes it’s harder to tell if someone is real or not and the automated “accept” messages can deter people away
