Great delivery experience
We purchased a pallet of 35 oak sleepers from Suregreen. We needed the pallet to be delivered to a specific location near to our garage. Suregreen were able to ensure the pallet was delivered by their own team using a lorry with a crane. The driver was very helpful and waited while we asked a neighbour to move their car. Overall a good purchasing and delivery experience. The people I spoke to by phone were also very helpful, although I did have to use their call back service a couple of times.

It wasn't so I waited on the road to stop the driver who was driving into wrong location .
Nice driver not his fault but terrible communication within the company . It was their own lorry

Good products and service …
The fencing products are well priced and look to be good quality. The delivery took rather longer than the 2-5 days advertised (nearly two weeks), which is perhaps understandable as I live some distance away but some earlier advice of delivery date would have been appreciated. Customer services were helpful in answering my questions regarding delivery. The tracking service on the day was excellent and the driver polite and helpful in unloading to my preferred location. Overall a good service.

Damaged Planter on Delivery
I ordered a large batch of railway sleepers which were delivered on time. I was not in the house at the time of delivery but they were stacked neatly in to the edge of my drive in a very suitable position. When I returned, I noticed my extremely large bespoke planter had been pushed about 20cm and into the dividing fence with next door and broken it. It is made from solid wood and is all made with joints and one post was broken so the mortise and tenon joints are broken out. It is not possible to make a new post because to assemble it again will require all corners to be broken to get the sides out and the base will have to be broken from the sides to be able to do so resulting in complete destruction of the planter.
On advising Suregreen, I was told the driver didn't do it. It was a lie as my gardener had actually witnessed it and even spoke to him during the delivery but said nothing about it. Even when I presented them with my gardeners statement, the driver still tried to deny it.
Anyway, I got a quote from a joiner to build it to the exact specifications I provided (I made it myself and it was a very big job so was able to give them the precise construction details) and was quoted £3024.
The insurer sent an assessor round and I was given an offer of £700 as only one corner is broken! They insist it can be repaired but refuse to explain how or to advise a joiner who would do it for the offer saying its up to me to sort out. It is quite clear the assessor has no joinery skills or knowledge and the assessment was merely to go through the motions based on my quotation.
So, I would advise you to think very carefully about using Sure-Green if you value your property as they will try to deny it if they damage it and then get their insurer (Artemis) to treat you like scum.
Sure-Green's Ref number for the incident is 224423. If it is simply numeric, that's a lot of dissatisfied customers before me.

Great customer service
I would have gone 5 stars but I was hoping for delivery the week before, the edging I ordered comes in from another supplier which held everything up, however suregreen did everything they could to get the. To me as early as possible, they arrived Monday morning at 7am and didn't really hold us up at all so I'm very happy. The communication from the company was great and Simon the delivery driver was fantastic, courteous and friendly. Phil.

Ordered 20 gravel boards and 6 100mm…
Ordered 20 gravel boards and 6 100mm fence post the post were ok but the gravel boards were terrible quite a few were split at the ends and some had no edges to them if I had to guess I would say they were seconds or returns. Will not be using them again.
