Heavy duty cast base
I needed a heavy duty base for a custom table I’m making. I’m very happy, my base showed up faster than expected and is exactly what I needed. The packaging had been damaged in transit and 2 of the feet were missing, I called Table Bases and they sent out replacements the same day.

Table base has a ding and old bolts were used to mount the base plate - surprising given the cost of the base.

The table bases arrived without a box…
The table bases arrived without a box or anything to protect them.
Thankfully they were not damaged except for a few scratches.
We can still use them for our customers conference table.

Great Customer service
The product really exceeded expectation .
Whoever packed the product for shipping needs some guidance .
You can't throw a heavy cast iron part in a cardboard box with little or no corner packing and hope it'll get there intact
Customer service ,namely Michael , was very good about replacing a missing part promptly .

I wanted a stainless steel pedestal…
I wanted a stainless steel pedestal table base and found several similar candidates online. I checked out the reviews of three different suppliers, and Tablebases.com got by far the best reviews. over the years I have bought tablebases…
over the years I have bought tablebases for 3 different restaurants. the customer service has always been great on my last order I found that I needed two more bases after we got open and I was told that my past history as a customer was unimportant, it did not matter how many bases I have purchased in the past the price for two bases is much higher. If I did not need to match the existing bases I would have gone elsewhere.
I will buy tables elsewhere in the future because they don't really care about long term customers.
They are very short-sighted, many people have asked where I got the tables; my new answer will not be tablebases.com
