Waiting to see it installed
So far, I had a great experience with Tablebases.com. Information search and checking out process was easy to navigate. The product was shipped quickly. I have not even seen it yet because it was delivered to a countertop fabrication shop where it will be used to make a quartz-top table. Cannot wait to see and keeping my fingers crossed that it tuns out to be a good quality product.

Really pleased
Ordered a heavy duty table base to support a quartz top. The wrought iron base is a great product with an easy to follow install video. It supports the table top perfectly and with adjustable feert leveling it was easy.

Missing PARTS SLOW RESPONSES
I ordered two table bases. 1 of the mounting brackets were missing from delivery. Warehouse issue. Contacted customer service, because I can’t install without it. Multiple times I have been told waiting on shipping information or waiting on warehouse confirmation. Only to still never have received it. You would think they would be super urgent about an order that was put in weeks ago.

Wonderful experience with…the entire process!
Wonderful experience with Tablebases.com. They had the best selection. Order came quickly (although the boxes were trashed in the mail, but the merchandise was still in good condition). Had to return some of the items which was simple, and the customer service was fantastic.

Beautiful and sturdy
Beautiful and sturdy. We bought the table top in Deruta, Italy; somehow the base didn't make it back to the U.S.
The base was far cheaper and nicer looking than any other we found. Love it!

we wanted to use it for our conference room, but the stainless steel fairing is crassly deformed along the edges, doesn't look good at all...

Very nice base
Very nice base. Only issue was that the one side of the notch where the long bolt which holds the whole thing together fits into the part which attaches to the table top (if that makes sense) had some extra metal in there which prohibited the bolt from seating properly. I was able to clean it out with a Dremel though, and after that all was well.
