Not everyone's shoe
Delivery, customer service and visual quality of the shoes were excellent.
However, the shoes were exceptionally uncomfortable. Maybe the problem is in my feet.

Just received my Eton Oxblood oxfords…
Just received my Eton Oxblood oxfords and the is more rounded on this last than I could tell by the photographs, not a problem. They fit slightly larger than my normal US 11’s but I’m only wearing thin socks. I ordered insoles and they help with the fit. Still breaking them in but they seem great!

Great product and customer service
the shipper did misplace the original order but Thomas Bird customer service stayed on top of the issue and replaced the order timely. The shoes and belt I received were very nice and well worth the cost. Good solid company and great customer service
