Received different version of item
The items I received were not exactly what I ordered. Rather, an apparently updated version. I was specifically looking for duplicates of the exact item I already have, which would make qualification simpler in my quality system. The product listing clearly stated a specific model number and I received a similar product with a different model number.
Additionally, there was a banner on the site advertising free shipping above a certain threshold. Despite my order being $50 above the threshold, I could find no way to take advantage of the offer. So I paid for the shipping which was fairly pricey ($28 for a small 2lb box).
Would not honor their posted sale price…
Would not honor their posted sale price and cancelled my order. Purchased the same items elsewhere for less money, so a win for me.
Expensive shipping for small orders
They had items I could not find elsewhere but $20 was the cheapest shipping option for an order that weighed a few ounces. Automatically created an "account" I don't want.

You offer a product and after I paid for it, you write me a email cancelled my order. you must have updated your web in order to avoid client loose their time !!

Money isn't the issue. The order was completely cancelled and we've lost days on an important project.

Overpriced and slow processing
I ordered an AC adaptor for a Tesa-Hite gage. $98 while competitive to other vendors is outrageous for a wall adaptor. So after paying this amount, it took them almost 7 days to even print a label to ship it. I had to call them to get the item shipped and according to the helpful representative (She is the only reason it is 2 stars instead of one) it was supposed to have shipped the day before.

Items are cheap but on backorder. Will I ever get them?
Most places show the product I wanted as on backorder. I ordered from these people because they were supposedly in stock. A couple of days later I am told it is on backorder. Now they have my money and I'm waiting two months or more for the item.

It would have been helpful to know that I would be receiving what I needed three weeks later than anticipated when it’s something I was In need of for work . Still waiting on a part to arrive that has shown shipped on their website 12 days prior . Will use another company in the future.
