My order has not shipped yet and it’s been about a week since my order.

As far as ease of purchasing equipment, very convenient; great!
As far as receiving the equipment & operation, is pending. I see no reason being bad though.

I ordered 8 condensate pumps. I received an email a few days later with a full refund. The email said the prices changed and they was refunding my money. Wasn’t my fault the price changed online. It said it was available at that price. No one asked about a new updated price, I ordered from here because of fast shipping and it was time sensitive. Now I’m a week behind a project waiting on parts from another provider. I understand price changes, but I was never given an option, in reality, the price should have been honored and then you could have changed your price online. By the way, it’s still listed online at that price.

Wrong shipping time provided, I was charged for expedite shipping anyways, costumer service was rude and not helpful when inquired.

Website said that the item was in stock when it was not.

$18 shipping for a part that weighs les than an oz. Wrong tracking number. Sent UPS signature required. Came while I was away, been to the address left by UPS twice already chasing the package and still don't have it. Won't be dealing with these clowns again.

I did get a delayed response, several times I was told: Today, you will have the prices, had to call several times as a reminder.

I DO NOT LIKE THAT YOU LISTED THE ITEM AS BEING "IN STOCK" BUT AFTER ORDERING THE ITEM I GET A NOTICE THE IT IS NOT AND THERE WILL BE A DELAY. I VIEW THIS AS FALSE ADVERTIZING IN AN EFFORT TO GET MORE PEOPLE TO PLACE ORDERS. THE PRICE IS GOOD AND THE ORDERING WAS EASY.

When I placed the order the item said available. After taking my payment I was notified that the estimated shipping date was 3 months.

Canceled my order without approval and ignored communication as to why. Very bizarre and sketchy.

When I did a search for a specific product name, I had to scroll through alot of items that had nothing to do with my search. Starrett wasn't listed as a brand name.
