Ordered a rug which came bang on time Looked at the rug and felt that the colour was lighter than the one advertised However because of this i was kindly offered a 10% discount which i gladly and gratefully accepted After unrolling the rug and putting it in place it looks fantastic and the quality is amazing Thank you The Rugs Will absolutely shop with you again

My return!
My rug?
Well it is unsuitable. I arranged for collection, the first time they apparently forgot! The second time apparently trouble at the depot. Still awaiting the third attempt to collect. It has been a complete nightmare! Never ever will I order from this company again. I’m beginning to think they just want me to give up trying to return and keep the rug and not get my refund.
