I like the rug
I like the rug; however, it has a very noticeable smell, similar to paint. Most of the time I keep the balcony door open, so it hasn’t bothered me too much. Recently, though, I was at work all day and left the balcony closed. When I came back, the smell was much stronger and quite noticeable.
I’m still hoping the odour will fade over time, but I’m becoming a little concerned that it may remain.

As rugs can sometimes have a new-product smell when first unpacked, we recommend leaving the rug in a well-ventilated area with doors and windows open where possible. Allowing plenty of fresh air to circulate around the rug should help the odour gradually fade. You can also gently vacuum the rug to help air out the fibres.

I’m really happy with this rug
I’m really happy with this rug! The colour is exactly as shown in the pictures, and it’s incredibly soft. It feels lovely underfoot and has a nice, thick and dense texture. It’s also very easy to clean – any marks or stains I’ve had so far have wiped away really easily. Really pleased with the quality and would definitely recommend it!
