Wish I'd read these reviews before buying!!! Ordered a brown leather bag, which after 3 weeks hadn't arrived, contacted "customer support" was told that they had shifted warehouses and that was the reason for delay, when I contacted them for the second time i was given a different reason for the delay, it had gone to the wrong address, I asked for them to cancel the order and process my refund, was offered a partial refund which I declined, eventually got the refund, bag arrived 1 week later looking nothing like what I ordered, certainly not leather just cheap tat!!!

I emailed asking when my order would be delivered and Olivia told me exactly what I needed to know, I had a great experience because normally when you email brands they don’t get back to you for a month or so or even at all, but Ariadne replied within not even a day but much less than that, I really appreciate their service especially Olivia! She seems like such a lovely woman and is really extremely sweet with her words, 10/10 for me for Olivia 💗

I went back and forth forever about whether to buy the Luna bag from Ariadné. Reviews on here were mixed (and the company’s rating was unavailable due to fake reviews), and I wasn’t sure if Ariadné dropshipped items and they would be different/worse than pictured. When I couldn’t find anything similar to the Luna elsewhere, I decided to go for it (it was only 80 bucks, which is a lot but still not 200+). I remained concerned because their tracking info wasn’t as streamlined as bigger brands like Lulus and Uniqlo. I just got an email that linked to the Shop app, which had a tracking number but no expected delivery date. BUT the bag came in less than two weeks exactly as pictured! It was discretely stamped with the brand name “Songmont” so I again worried it was dropshipped and might not be as high quality as it seemed, but it turns out Songmont is a Chinese luxury brand people love. And from other sellers, this bag is 2-3x as expensive. Other folks’ bad experiences with Ariadné are still concerning, but because that mix made me hesitate for so long, I wanted to chime in here in case others are going back and forth too. For me, the risk was absolutely worth it.

Quite literally the worst customer service. I bought a bag which was advertised with incorrect measurements. When I wanted to return the item, as it was not “as advertised” they were extremely reluctant to send me a label. When I reminded them that this was a legal breach they finally did so and I returned the item. The refund took over a month and was only issued because I sent multiple follow ups. It was a shame because the bag seemed nice but I could not be paid enough to deal with their customer service team again…

I ordered my package in January and it did not arrive until the middle of March, not only that but when it did my box for my necklace is missing a huge chunk. The necklace itself- in my opinion looks disgusting (the olivia birthstone necklace) the birthstone on it is huge compared to what they show you in the online pictures. You can tell by feeling the packing that it’s tacky and cheap, don’t waste your money.

Ariadne customer service has been pretty exceptional throughout. They were able to deliver the jewelry to me by the deadline date i asked for and were very responsive in communications. We wanted to get the ring resized slightly once it arrived and again was very impressed. We only need to send original back once new one arrives so she isn't without it for any period of time.

Great bag, looks so chic and fits a good amount in it and it keeps the structure.

Although I didn't like the color and had to exchange the bag, Olivia was extremely helpful and organized the exchange perfectly.

Wonderful ring, very long lasting. Have had it a couple of months and no signs of wear even though I wear it everyday.

I purchased a leather bag for my Mother as a Christmas gift. The bag is leather is like silk so soft and buttery it is beautiful. My mother is so happy with the bag .

I originally ordered a ring from here but when I got it I realized that I had ordered the wrong size so I emailed them and got in contact with there services team to send the ring back request a new one

Kate was very helpful the whole time and instructed me on what to do and how to send the ring back was all very helpful

Am liebsten hätte ich keinen Stern gegeben. Der bestellte Body passt nicht. Nach langem nervigen Hin- und Her wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass keine Retouren aus hygienischen Gründen angeboten werden.
Zuerst sagte man mir aber, dass ich den Body umtauschen kann. Bei einem Umtausch trifft das mit den Hygieneregeln wohl nicht zu...
Das ist lächerlich!

Ordered a Faja, usually I be a small but this product doesn’t do curvy women just small everywhere so I asked to return the product which I could not untill I wrote a bad review, gave me 2 options return (on own cost) or get a replacement. I really wanted this product to work so I asked for XL, although the quality looks good the product is just not made for small waist and a big bum. For someone who’s curvy and had has several fajas, this must be the one I would not recommend to anyone. Sorry I could not write anything better.

Handbag was of such poor quality thar the stitching has gone already. I've gone back to the handbag I had before which is still going strong.

Initially I was nervous about purchasing from this brand as I had not heard much about them ....but I must say for quality and customer support this brand has absolutely outdone themselves. Customer support response Time was fast,shipping was reasonable and precise, and the quality of these items is top notch.
Kaye was especially amazing/nice you could tell there was always person who cared at the other end. Hands down an amazing experience will purchase again!
