The Cheesecake Factory Avis 

The food was excellent. I've been to several of your establishments in New York State and I've found each one has a filthy bathroom. I've complained to Manangement but he problem still persist. Maybe I need to alert the Health Department. I'm wondering if your kitchens are dirty.

Had to wait 30 min for reserved table, then 15 minutes to order, then no service. Avoid!

We drove over an hour and had a party of five in our visit, and were very dissatisfied! Our food was of poor quality along with the service!
Our total was over $230 and our meals were not good.
Specifically; steak was ordered well done and was completely bloody.
Chicken was fatty and rubbery!!!
Our waitress was already not pleasant when she visited our table.
Extremely disappointed!!

Had the family here in town and came for lunch. Table of six. The server was incredibly pleasant and attentive. The food, on the other hand, was such a disappointment! I had to return my crab wontons immediately, as they were overcooked and burnt on the outside. The cheeseburger was ordered medium and was rare. It tasted and smelled like fish! I can’t even go on, everyone’s meal was awful except the soup of the day!
I’d advise everyone to only go there if planning on ordering cheesecake! It was delicious, I’ll give them that much! We didn’t want to make a scene so we just finished without a word. Paid a 150.00 dollars for a really terrible lunch with a thirty dollar tip for Maria, our waitress.
Will never eat there again!

It was an awful experience. The quality of foods were way below par. First, dinner was delivered for two of us and we had to wait at least 10 minutes for other three to receive their dinners.Tomato basil pasta didn’t taste any thing like pasta or tomato basil. It was like they had taken previously cooked frozen pasta out of freezer and microwaved it, because it was both hot and cold as you were eating it.The best thing about the dinner was only bread, butter, and cheese cake.

If going to the cheesecake factory, make sure you got some rain gear because the waitresses surely don’t know how to carry trays to the table. you be wearing your food waitresses dump my meal in my lap blame’s me and then when I talk to the manager told them that I wanted to get a discount on my meal they’re like no I will give you a free cheesecake !plus might want to look into a waitress that knows how to weigh tables ..because waitress I doesn’t know how doing her job we kept having ask for stuff over and over and you don’t get it until like over the third of six times asking and you still don’t get what you ask for I’ve spent 100$ thier not worth sh*it unless better training on staff members an that including management!! So called manager had attitude when I told her she train waitress focus on thier tables better.I was nice about all this

I will have to say, this was the WORST dining experience I have ever encountered at the Cheesecake Factory. I have visited your establishment all over the USA, and the was by far the WORST. I had a reservation for 20:30, came in after a 45 minute wait with a nearly empty establishment. Once seated, appetizers where ordered with drinks and arrived in a 15 miute time frame. Entree orders where placed at the time of appetizer food delivery to the table. OVER 1 hour later, the hostess came to the table and informed us, for some reason two of the entree dishes required a lemon cream sauce and for some unknown reason, the kitchen cook staff could not prepare it. We had a 2:45 minute drive back home. We asked the waitress to bring what was ready. We received and paid for (2) entree items, a parmesean crusted chicken and a cheddar hamburger and fries. The manager and the hostess came over multiple times apologizing for the kitchen being out of food and not getting it prepared. We asked for the check and left. Once at home, the hamburger was so OVER COOKED, and burnt it had to be discarded into the trash. Men's restroom had discarded paper towels ALL over the floor, no toilet tissue and was VERY UNSANITARY!!! My wife left and went into the Family restroom, becuase there was no toilet tissue in the women's restroom. It also reaked heavily of the smell of Marijuana. There was a kitchen staff memeber, that came past our booth, by the entrance to the restroom, and REAKED of Marijuana smell!!!! Needless to say, this is my LAST visit to your establishment. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the price of food and the horrible service, establishment, and quality of the food. Have photographs to prove claims if you are interested.

Food was way better than last time.
This location in (Baltimore downtown) its not clean as other location in (Towson mall) super hot inside and it took so long to take my order or even have some water to drink.
After ordering, between getting drink, Appetizer and main food it's a very short time. We couldn't finish Appetizerand already had the main food so we had to take most of food to go.

Great service tasty cheesecake great food only problem was they took long for the food and my order was wrong but the food was so good and tasty and it was good cheesecake great customer service to the waiters were very nice

After traveling 40 minutes for a takeout order the food was lacking in quality and taste. The spinach/cheese dip was small in size for the cost and in cube form from the freezer and was not thoroughly heated. The cream of chicken with artichoke was swimming in liquid with three small pieces of chicken. The cheese cake factory is in decline from the cheese cake factory that I remember back in the day!

I always know what I'm going to get when I dine at the Cheesecake Factory! They have well trrained, friendly and menu educated waiters and the food is always delicious! The most challenging thing I find with any good restaurant is CONSISTENCY and Cheesecake Factory gets it done! I have eaten at over 30 of their restaurants nationwide (mostly in MA) but from Florida to Chicago and California and they are always CONSISTENT! DELICIOUS FOOD, FRIENDLY SERVERS and GOOD VALUE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Bought a HappyCard that could be used at 5 different restaurants as a gift. My friend tried to use it at one of the designated restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory in Westlake, OH. When they tried to pay the bill with it they were told there was no money on the card. My friend brought the card back to me and when I checked the balance it was the full amount of the gift card. I called the Cheesecake factory and spoke to the manager who said that particular gift card has presented problems that most managers were aware of and able to resolve. My friend was embarrassed and paid the bill with her credit card. I was embarrassed that my friend was unable to use the gift card because there "was no money on it." The manager apologized and invited us back but said he could not offer any compensation. I think the promise of a small discount, a free beverage or even a desert to share on the return visit would have been appropriate for the embarrassment and inconvenience. So now it will be used at Red Lobster instead.

The food was good got sat down in time and the waitress was nice and consistent all in all it was a fantastic time and a good lunch.

This place is consistent. They get it done, their way, nearly the same way, every time. Not sure what more to expect? Service is always a bit slower than you'd like, but the cheesecake is delicious in its own mass-produced way. I like it and I try to frequent as often as possible.

A two hour ordeal. Our order was initially forgotten to have been put in by our server. Ok, no big deal, mistakes happen. That was the best part of the service. The restaurant wasn't busy and we noticed that the server had ample opportunity to chat at length with a table next to us but couldn't be bothered to notice us. After an hour and five minutes we asked the manager to just charge us for our drinks and appetizer so we could go elsewhere. She asked if we would stay and that she would get our food to us in 10 minutes and because of our trouble she wanted to buy us cheesecake. We didn't want cheesecake but she insisted. Ok, I said, but we can't afford to wait for it as we're already going to be late getting our 7 year old to bed. The server, who was standing by, assured us that the cheesecake would be there waiting for us in a bag by the time we got done eating our dinner. I agreed and then we waited. After 15 minutes we still didn't have our food so we waited some more. Finally the food came and I asked for our check as the server was delivering our food. He brought it and I opened the folio immediately and placed my credit card inside so and handed it back to the server so we could eat and leave but he had already turned his back and left. We ate our meals and waited for the server to return to get the credit card and waited and waited. Finally, I had enough waiting and went to the host stand and asked for the manager by name. The hostess called the manager who told her that she currently had an armful of dishes and would be there as soon as she could. So we waited and waited and waited. She finally showed up and I asked if she would please run my credit card because we needed to go. She took the bill and ran the card and brought it back to me to sign. I did so, and for only the third time in my life left 0 tip. The cheesecake that was being forced upon us that was promised to be there in a bag by the time we were done eating still hadn't arrived. As we were leaving the server casually sauntered up and handed us a couple bags of cheesecake, most of which is still in my refrigerator at home because we simply didn't want it.

Entrees were fine but overpriced, waitress was severely overloaded, desserts were very disappointing. I had a vanilla bean cheesecake, and expected to taste vanilla. Mostly I tasted sugar-sweet. My husband had the tiramisu cake and that was not great either. Expensive desserts, definitely not a great value.

Food hasn’t good at all. Serving was small for the price and quality of food was poor. It was my 1st and last time going. I order a combination platter steak and shrimp. Next day I was sick. If I get sick from a place of high expectations and the quality is poor. Never again….

I wish I could give zero stars. I purchased a giftcard online. It was stolen. Cheesecake factory said sorry won’t do anything about it. Screwed a soldier out of dinner. They must be so proud of themselves. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I will never ever go there again.

Terrible service by the crew in Bellevue today. After waiting over a half hour for appetizers with only a few people in the restaurant, I finally asked someone to check on our food. We were then served all of our items at once, cold with our server telling us we didn't have to wait that long. That will by my last Cheesecake experience.

I went to the Cheesecake Factory (Birmingham Summit location) on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 and it was a phenomenal experience! Our waiter was CHAZ and he made our dining visit a complete treat! He was knowledgeable about all of the menus items and gave us some amazing recommendations. I had the Thai Curry Chicken with brown rice and it was delicious. It came out hot and promptly which I appreciated considering the restaurant was pretty busy. He kept our table supplied with butter and fresh bread until our food came, and then he patiently went through the cheesecake options to make sure we chose what we really wanted. His demeanor was pleasant and comedic. We enjoyed every second and tasty morsel. I look forward to going back. If you beat me there- make sure to ask for CHAZ!
