The Cheesecake Factory Avis 

I used to go to Cheesecake factory all the time but the last time I went I ordered Evelyn's Pasta which is my favorite dish there. The waiter said they changed it but I ordered it anyway and it was absolutely awful. I was starving so I ate it anyway but complained to the waiter and all he said was that they have changed this dish at least a dozen times. So they changed to something that tastes awful and that is ok? That was it for me. Never been back and never going back.

We were charged $6.00 for less then one ounce of pasta sauce to go for leftovers if a $150 meal snd servers was rude when I questioned the charge!

My daughter made reservations here in Orlando Florida for me & husband celebrate our anniversary & we had a great time. The waiter & services were outstanding. The menu has such a large selection of food to choose from. A bit on the expensive side but worth it.

I charged $10 for a slice of cheesecake and they had the nerve to cut back on the size of the slice. Maybe they think somebody won’t notice but the sizes are now smaller cheap people give them an extra large scooping of whip cream while you cheat them on the slice.

We were visiting the Oakland Park, IL location. Myself and a family member ordered their crusted salmon lunch special. As I was eating my salmon it tasted fishy, but I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Later while shopping at the mall and other stores, we both made several trips to the bathroom up to arrival home which is two states away. This bad experience has ruined any chance of me ordering salmon from any menu again.

They are terrible for making reservations. Was trying to have a girls night and had a party of 8 people. I called to make a reservation. They told me I would have to go an hour and half early to try to be seated. Wouldn’t make a reservation for parties over 6 people. What family in Utah has less than 6 people! Why would you limit who can make reservations, that’s what reservations are for! This is ridiculous.

I was there last Monday and I was served by Erica, she is totally amazing, I loved her service and attention.

Hello, we went to your Cheesecake Factory Dadeland location for my daughter’s birthday with my family of 11. They brought the drinks and bread and so far, everything was good for the moment until we put in our food orders. After waiting and waiting about 1 and 30 minutes, the food came out and in short, we all very disappointed! All plates came to the table cold except for the 2 salads, however, those also were disappointing as the protein portion was barely noticeable. We proceeded to call the manager, Kathleen and she was very apologetic and took our food back to the kitchen to get re-done. Moments later, the food was brought back to our table semi- reheated. After confronting the manager, she once again apologized for the disappointment of our food being subpar and told us she will compensate deserts. We all left so disappointed. The manager was very apologetic, but the lack of resolution has left us not wanting to come back. I was waiting to get home to write this for you guys to know what’s going on in this location. I would like to receive a full refund for our dinner and I will most definitely not go back to this location. We celebrate most of our special events in the Cheesecake Factory and typically have no issues. However, this is not our usual location.

My family and I went to cheesecake factory yesterday Dec 17th at 700 Haywood Mall, Greenville, SC 29607 and after a while my daughter starts vomiting and my son also. I started feeling bad today. They need to check what's going on with their food their. Also it was my daughter 15th birthday and wanted someone to sing happy birthday son. Instead the waitress just bought a slice of cake and then ask for a minimum of $40 Tip? Ya'll must be crazy. I don't regret leaving $15 tip.

The biscuit base for the Oreo cheesecake was overdosed with cinnamon, almost unpalatable. And the Lemon Meringue Pie had a biscuit base with excessive cinnamon also (should be pastry base) & the lemon curd was lack lustre and granular. Fed them both to the chooks!

My son and I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Orland Park to celebrate his birthday. The food was good , service was okay. The server was attentive. The problems : our silverware was literally on the table.Not in a napkin, not on a plate. Ok we got over that one. After I paid the check I went to the front to get some change so I could tip the server. The to go line was long so I was going to escort my son to the car as he has CP and can't stand for long periods and I was going to come back in. As we were walking to the door I kept hearing little comments. I finally turned around the server was behind me. He shrugged his shoulders and said and I quote" really, nothing". Seriously you're not gonna give me anything." I could not believe my ears. Who follows customers for tips. Mind you my bill was 92.00 already. I still was going to tip before he made that comment. I moonlight as a dasher and I get it. But customers are not obligated to tip. The person is paid by the company. If a person wants guaranteed tips from everybody then they should get a job that guarantees tips from every table.You don't know the person's financial situation or anything and then to say something like that is highly offensive. I spoke with the manager. She did apologize. But I don't think that should have been the extent of that situation. Highly unprofessional and highly disrespectful. The whole situation dimmed my son's birthday. Trevor should be ashamed of his behavior.

Ordered the Crispy Pineapple chicken and shrimp with rice and everything is BURNT! I’m so disappointed!!!

The Cheesecake Factory has always been one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, we did not have a wonderful experience during our most recent visit to the Tyson’s Corner, VA location. Since this was a special birthday celebration and I was the event organizer, I was disappointed in my choice to visit this location.

The server was friendly and maybe she did the best she could offer, but we observed that she was working completely alone, and it took her too long to come to our table to take individual orders, bring water, cocktail drinks, and the food. The guests shared with me that they were uncomfortable with the service provided and the lack of attention to our table but did not want to complaint to the manager and enjoy the friends’ gathering. One main concern was that most meals arrived cold, and another concern was not cleaning the table and removing plates. I noticed that the server brought two plates at the time with no assistance from the kitchen staff. I noticed she did not say the usual “be careful, the plate is hot,” and by looking at other guests’ reactions when tasting their food, I could tell they were not enjoying it.

We did not talk to the manager and do not know if the kitchen was backed-up or they did not have enough servers on staff to manage large parties. However, they should not be accommodating so many customers if they cannot manage.

Under a distinct experience, we would have stayed longer and ordered more cocktails and adding additional tip to the server.

Please share this feedback with the local staff and use the opportunity to find ways to improve service.

Frozen cake, small portion, total ripoff

Not sure why people are complaining, I really loved the pasta I had there.

The Cheesecake Factory has always been our favourite restaurant in the US, but unfortunately we won’t go again after our most recent experience in Orlando. The food service was appalling and not for the first time, in our last four visits in different states we have experienced similar problems. Meals arrived cold, my burger was eaten before the fries arrived 15 minutes later, the same applied to 3 other meals. The Manager did not handle our complaints well and said they were suffering because the “kitchen was backed up”, we quickly responded that it was us suffering! They should not be accommodating so many customers if the kitchen is unable to cope, it’s pure greed and bad management. It’s such a shame as the food is very good when cooked properly.

Super love their LV branch, nice staff and scrumptious food!! Definitely one of my favorite!

Erg jammer dat het zolang duurt voordat je geholpen wordt. De taart was wel erg lekker, maar om hier nu een half uur op te moeten wachten is echt belachelijk

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich without the bun as I am gluten intolerant. What I received was lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. I truly found only two pieces of diced chicken. The manager did send over a dipping bowl of "salad" which this time was 70% mayo dressing and 30% chicken. Very disappointing!
