Great scenery, very friendly staff who looked after our table of twelve. Food was absolutely beautiful as well. Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

The food here is lovely (or at least was when we visited), however this was completely overshadowed by the lack of professionalism and attitude shown by a senior staff member (poss the landlady?). Walking around with no shoes on, shouting at junior members of staff and swearing too. Some customer training needed at the top. But the food was amazing, well done to the chef.

Appalled at the planning and service recieved for a funeral I attended, the funeral was for a young man I attended said funeral and upon arrival we qued for drinks and eventually got to sit down one member of staff on a bar that was for a young man’s funeral was no sufficient to start with they then had problems with the soft drinks and instead of sorting this to relieve the stress of the family they sent the father of the deceased boy to get pop, there was no music playing and the food was disgraceful very little and very poor quality the reasons given where mixed from not knowing there was an event so nothing prepared to short staffed etc etc the family did complain and no responsibility was taken by the venue so one family member took to Facebook to right a review this was deleted so they wrote a review on a public Facebook page because as you can imagine they were very angry and upset the venue then replied blaming the family and saying they’d been given it cheap and stated there were 300 people there there was no where near 300 people at the wake over all it was shocking and the customer service afterwards shocking too unfortunately you can only leave good reviews on their page and those reviews are shared constantly if you leave a bad review it’s deleted so trip advisor is the only way of letting people know the truth about this place if you can find the Facebook post it’s worth a read as we were the only ones to recieve poor customer service from here either

We recently had a surprise party at The Country Manor, what a charming country pub with stunning views, it was an absolutely lovely day!

From the moment I began party planning, the Manager, Lauren, and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The picturesque views added a beautiful backdrop to our celebration, making it even more memorable.

Lauren's attention to detail was impeccable. She ensured every aspect of the party was taken care of, from the beautifully arranged seating to the delicious food that everyone loved . The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that all of our guests were comfortable and had everything they needed.

The park outside was the kids favourite part, they played for hours! :-D

A big thank you to Lauren and the entire team at The Country Manor for making our party a truly special occasion. We highly recommend this venue! I know I will be rebooking for future family events x x

We used Lauren for our wedding planning / styling, she brought our inspo to life and we absolutely loved it! From the signs, to the decor, it was everything we wanted and would 100% reccomend them to anyone !

A wonderful year 6 prom! The Country Manor team pulled out all the stops for our Yr6 school leavers, the decor was outstanding and made our children feel like stars. The food was not only plentiful and varied, it was also absolutely delicious! Parents were well catered for and given a quiet area to sit, whilst the children enjoyed their party under staff supervision. An all round lovely event!

Wouldn’t book an event or step foot in the place again! No compassion towards the family of my 19 year old cousin who’s wake you was supposed to accommodate for, absolute shambles & the owners need a lesson in manners. Ruined a day that we can’t redo & have no compassion. Disgusting
