I sent an email inquiring about my order that I had just placed and I got a response almost immediately. I have never received a response this fast from any other company I’ve ordered from!

Groovd Communication is and was excellent, postcode error meant Evri are at the moment unable to deliver, but Groovd have been brilliant in replying to me.

Unfortunately Evri, not so much. App chat is an AI bot, phone support again automated doesn’t even recognise their own Tracking Number.

This is ongoing will amend this if things change.

Update: Groovd absolutely on the ball could not be better service. Still in contact and happy to help if delivery fails.

Ordered one item in error and emailed for it to be removed from order before shipping. Replied promply would do this and also processed the refund same day. Refreshingly impressed with customer service!
