I accodentally ordered 2 of the same thong. The company noticed and a lovely ladycontacted me and made me aware. I am on a very tight budget so am extremely grateful she was extremely helpful cancelled the extra order at my say so organised a refund. Wonderful customer service i will be shopping with this company agaon soon. Very recommended safe company to deal with.

There had seem to have been an initial issue with my order. An email was received zi had replied to the said email and Jenny responded very quickly and provided me with additional information which was helpful. Very prompt polite customer service.

Customer service was excellent. Fast response time and quick resolution. The ordering process itself was very unclear. Options, add-ons, bonus offers, were confusing and resulted in mistakes being made when placing my order. Jenny (CSR) was most helpful, after the fact, but, should not have been needed.

They noticed that I accidentally double purchased, sent me an email to confirm, and refunded me.

The response was quick and efficient. I have yet to receive/look at the package, however the customer service at this point has been excellent.
