Innocent Hound always send out an email a few days before the delivery date to let you know it's due and give you time to amend the order if needed. The food is excellent quality and is always well packaged.

My dog loves this food and it has been great digestion-wise as well! This is amazing as it's taken a long time to find what suits him. The food is packaged in a way that keeps it fresh and delivered safely.
The size is great for him too as most dry or air dried food we've tried gas been too small so that's another plus.
The only downside is that for a 38kg dog it is beyond our budget for his main food. However, we use it to supplement his main fresh food, and for walkies treats instead of nasty pretend meat treats.

When ever I order a product it is always shipped quickly and importantly arrives quickly.

The food is great, the choice of ingredients are good great supplements to a raw diet. The air dried cubes are convenient to take when visiting or travelling and can be used as rewards / treats. Prices are creeping up sadly although understandable.

Ordered an XL antler chew for my Staffie, it arrived quickly and is genuinely XL in size. He loves it!

Switched to this as my dog (greyhound) would not consistently eat other foods and frequently got an upset stomach. She has now been on this for approaching 2 months and absolutely loves it - she finishes every meal and has (touch wood!) been well since. It is so much better than wet food as it takes up only a small amount of storage space and is easy to pack if travelling etc, plus the fact that it is calorie dense means small amounts can be fed, ideal for dogs with a sensitive stomach. Can also hand feed on walks or in training sessions. It is expensive for a large dog so I do feed 50/50 with a good quality kibble, but still really happy with the food. Being semi dry any uneaten food can be put aside and re-fed which means no wastage.

Delivery being fast and reliable is a big advantage over other suppliers. Really easy to amend your subscription or delivery details if needed.

This is a premium product but it feels fairly priced for such a good quality and convenient food.

My dogs love their innocent hound food, we use it when we are away and can't take enough of the raw food with us. Also we use it for treats when we are out to encourage good recall, and they are always keen to come back for it.

My two mini schnauzers, love innocent hound. Tried them on tbe treats first them the food, they cant get enough. Do also give them different dog.
