Hi Karen, we are sorry this caused worry, and we understand why the date looked wrong. The Zero Carb tortillas are imported from the USA, where dates are printed month first, so 12/07/26 on the pack is 7 December 2026, not 12 July. Both packs were in date with nearly two months to run. We also note the US date format on the packing slip in every box because we know it catches people out.
We replied to your first email on the Monday morning after it arrived within an hour, and again on Sunday evening within a couple of hours of your second message, so it looks as though neither reached you. Please check your junk folder, or reply to either email, and we will help straight away.

There was unfortunately mould on the bread but the company responded promptly to offer me money back and an apology. The sweets were lovely, the pasta i tried for the first time yesterday and not had a chance to eat the crisps yet. However good and prompt service.

Bakery items arrived mouldy
Bakery items arrived mouldy. Not what I expect from such a high priced company, they state next day delivery over 45.00 mine didn't come for 4 days. I have emailed for a refund on the mouldy products. The other products were nice but very expensive. The mouldy items have put me off. I see I'm not the only one that's had this

Love the idea of low carb pasta
Love the idea of low carb pasta. But Pretty expensive tho..lol. Pizza bases are good. I would shop again for sure if I keep up the low carb option.. not sure tho.. thanks for your efforts to make this possible tho.

Great Service
Been trying to cut down on the carbs for a while and came across this site. Ordered bread, wraps, pasta and rice. Will never replace the real thing but nice enough. A wee bit expensive, (15% and free delivery of our first order helped), but understand that. The ordering process and delivery time was first class though and would use this supplier again.

When we do keto the things we miss most are supplied by the keto shop. The thins are superb but the keto wraps are amazing we use them as pizza bases and they are the best treat ever. We use the sauces as toppings. Brilliant shop
