Lots of choices love it

I ordered some Locho Four Seed bread rolls from here. The bread is gorgeous & I can't recommend it highly enough. It has a great use by date too, but can be frozen for convenience. I'm a returning customer & the service was brilliant as usual. They come well packaged, the products are well priced, the delivery is cheap enough & very fast as usual. If you're looking for Keto products you can't go wrong with this company!

My order was not delivered on date stipulated where I contacted Keto shop but they were not interested.

I have only marked 3* because wrong items sent and I have emailed the company twice with absolutely no response.
The items received were lovely. I was impressed with the spaghetti. I wouldn’t have known the difference between full carb and low carb.

Great service

I’ve been ordering from Keto Shop for a while and have always loved the range of products. I’ve had a couple of issues with bread/bagels arriving mouldy, but the customer service was always excellent until this week, when I received no response. It’s disappointing, as I would have loved to continue being a customer, but I no longer feel reassured about the product quality.

I had never experienced any problems with The Keto Shop before, but unfortunately this time my order was sent to the wrong address and I received another customer’s order instead.
I contacted the company immediately by email, including photos of the items I received and the delivery note, and asked them to send me my correct order. Unfortunately, I received no response.
After waiting a few days, I contacted them again through their website, and I also sent another email, but I still received no reply.
There is no telephone number available to speak to someone about the problem, and despite contacting them several times, I have received absolutely no response.
I am therefore very disappointed and have given 2 stars because of the lack of customer service and communication. I hope they resolve this soon. Until now, I had been happy with the company, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.

Unfortunately the muffins were moldy with green spores. Apart from that everything else was great
