Quality lampshade, which matches my others, so really pleased. It was a straightforward website to use, found what I wanted so easily, bought it, paid standard postage, it was here the next day and well packaged as well! What more could I want? Thank you.

Straight forward service and prompt delivery.

I ordered and paid for the light bulbs on the 4th of December. Delivery was promised in 2 to 3 days. Goods still haven’t arrived. I rang this morning, left a message and my mobile number and was promised someone would call me back promptly.
I’m still waiting for the call.

Goods not yet received 5 working days after order placed

Avoid, happy to take your money, but any issues, no help, no refund/replacement. Ordered trendi sockets and switches for the house. 3 arrived damaged. Rocker swithc not attached. After reattaching, still not working. Despite calls and emails I have been pretty much ignored. Was told replacements would be sent, but nothing.

The variety, the quality, the best, your company in my opinion Has something for everyone’s taste.

Fantastically fast delivery as promised. Really impressive as ordered on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time as promised and in working order

Ordered bulbs on the 20th Oct. They haven't arrived. Emailed them last week. No reply. Trying to speak to them on live chat today. No response. Have they gone bust?

Buy one or buy ten, the postage remains the same. Would like reduced or free postage if a certain number of a product is bought or a minimum spend.

I placed an order on 16th September with a 2-3 working day delivery window. The order wasn’t delivered and despite 4 emails (unanswered) and 2 calls (unanswered) I don’t have my order or a refund as I can’t get through to anyone.

Arrived in good condition well packaged. An interesting shape, nice fabric, go very well in our bedroom.

Very happy with product we purchased ,well wrapped ,disappointed with the delivery which is nothing to do with the supplier ,just wasent informed when delivery would arrive therfore missed the delivery and had to go and collect ourselves.

Absolutely wonderful, item I wanted was showing out of stock, rang and the gentleman I spoke confirmed there was stock and got the IT system sorted and then rang me back so that I could order.

Communication with the company was not great - the light did arrive however after 2 weeks

I purchased a lamp shade on there website advertised at £12.22. When I received the lampshade it arrived without a bezzle and I then noted that the invoice was for £29.45. I called them and told them I was wanting to return the goods, and asked if they could provide a return prepaid return label or a QR code. Instead they sent me a form that I would have to print off fill in and return it with the invoice and package and I would have to pay the postage to return the item.Not a good company to deal with. I should have read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. I would suggest avoid the company.

I cannot get through on the phone - no one answers and my order has not been delivered. This is not good. Please have some one contact me so I can find out when my order will be delivered
