No reply to emails and didn't receive my item.

We were able to purchase a light fitting that we could not find anywhere else at a very reasonable price. Delivery was fast and it arrived in great condition well packed. My only slight reservation was that the postage cost was on the high side (certainly Vs free via Amazon) however it was 24 hour and through a reputable courier so was justified.

If i could give 0 stars i would.
I ordered some overpriced lamps which looked beautiful in the image, so i thought they might be worth the money. When they arrived, they were a different colour to the image, and looked cheap. I contacted them to ask about the returns process. No response. So i sent them back to the address on the invoice. Turns out, that's not their address, so i am now waiting for Royal Mail to send them back to me.
Luckily i bought them through Paypal, so i was able to raise a case. They then said they would give me a refund if i returned the lamps (they provided their actual address)... But they gave me a deadline of just over a week to return, otherwise they would not honour the refund.
Today is the deadline. Royal Mail still haven't returned the lamps so I don't have them to send them back, so I won't get a refund.
AWFUL customer service and poor products.
PLEASE do not waste your money on this shop!

Do not use. Faulty item sent and no response to email, phones lines ‘down’ and the online chat is unresponsive.

Easy to order, good price and quick delivery.

Sent a product back over 2 weeks ago. Only know they received the item back cause we got hold of them. Since then radio silent, no update. Multiple emails sent. Phone lines aways out of action and no refund. Awful company

Do NOT buy from this company. No customer service available for a warranty claim. Light no longer works under a year of using therefore not fit for purpose. I have been ignored on email, social media and live chat.

ordered lights for next day delivery. received confirmation but no further details. phone lines, doesn't work, never replies to emails. been 2 weeks since order was placed- no communication at all. complete ignore. SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Like others have said AVOID AVOID AVOID! Item ordered never arrived and no reply to emails. The fact that PayPal gave me an instant refund tells you all you need to know!

Still waiting for delivery that was due ten days ago. The phone number does not connect. No one responds to email. And the online chatbot customer support doesn't respond either!

Placed an order. No product delivered. Emailed, messenger, live chat no replies. Tried to call and phone says due to technical issues you need to email or go on live chat. Joke! They are just taking your money and no products being delivered. This company are still advertising on Facebook. We are now 3 months after I placed the order and the product never arrived and no one replied to me

Cancelled order can’t get any replies from anyone over a refund sent emails and can’t get through on phone ☹️☹️

Like others have stated…this company has to be a scam!! Nothing delivered a month after order, phone lines not working , no reply to customer service chat, no response via email. Now left making a case with PayPal for refund! Don’t trust the positive reviews they can only be scam reviews too!!

The power adapter for my Christmas lights spectacularly died six days before Christmas. I wasn’t expecting to be able to use them this year but they arrived as expected four days later. Great, prompt service that saved an expensive set of lights

Non existent customer service, who don’t respond to any form of contact. The phone line’s down due to a technical error.. (in this day and age really?!), the web chat function is completely useless and emails are never responded to. Didn’t hear anything for over a week after placing my order, no confirmation my order had been dispatched, despite stating 2-3 days for delivery. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Avoid and take your custom elsewhere!
