My order was delivered very quickly and I’m very happy with the lamp.
Unfortunately part of the order had not arrived but communication from this company has been excellent. They are very helpful.
I would purchase from them again.

These lightshades turned up and were self assembly (obviously I didn’t read that properly on ordering) they were so quick and easy to do. Superb product and service.

Terrible experience with the company. I ordered from the UK to Spain and the delivery was delayed by three months. On top of that, they put me in charge to solve the shipping issue as they couldn't navigate it with their shipping supplier.

The promised a late-delivery reimbursement which has never arrived.

They lack in respondence, quality and professionalism.

We were very pleased with the design of the two lights but disappointed with the quality of part of the fittings which were poorly aassembled. We were dismayed in having to return the lights to Ireland! at our expense and are still waiting for a refund.

I had an issue with a broken sconce; the team were excellent, and I got a refund straight away.

I placed my order on 5th of January ! It’s already been more than a month and I have no word from them so far ! Nobody replies to me and my order 47593 is probably lost !! I demand immediate refund !
