Second shocking experience and would never use this company again.
2 items ordered in beginning of November with a delivery of 7 working days. No updates and after a lot of chasing items arrive in beginning of December. One of the items is broken. They make me pay for the return and yet again I had to chase for the refund which was only received today. 2 months of constant messages and saying they are sorry though clearly not as they would have sorted everything straight away and apologised.
In my first experience I bought a large lamp. They send me the medium and yet again I had to go through this rigmarole.
Quite sad as some decent stock but can’t go though this again.

First of all the item turns up damaged. Then when I want to return it due to the damage they make you pay the return postage and customs fees to Ireland. Then it's always hard to get hold of them. Just don't bother, go elsewhere even if it costs more

Communication with this company is excellent customer service, their ability to answer questions and product availability is all excellent. I’ve got a few items from the store and I will continue to shop here

Was ordered at the beginning of December, it arrived when it said it would arrive. Packed really well and gave extra crystals ( just incase). And it looks fantastic, so many people have commented on how beautiful it looks.

Terrible, avoid at all costs. I ordered in late November and nothing arrived. They pretended they tried to deliver in early December but I had cameras which showed they didn't. They they said on Dec 15 they would deliver in the "next few days" Since then nothing but silence, no responses to queries, nobody answers the phone.

Have spent 3 years to find a shade for my lamp as it is multi coloured but this is a perfect match. Love it

What made my experience great is that I received exactly what I had ordered. The quality & size in a picture can look very different to the real thing. I ordered the Ikat red/green small shades for wall lamps & they are beautiful! Lovely quality & perfect size. They arrived promptly too. Unfortunately the rechargeable bulbs (I'm not wiring lights in) weren't so prompt so am still waiting for their arrival (from another company).

Lights came in good time and were easy to install. Great value and they look fabulous

I'm surprised to see the 'warning' on the Trustpilot page at the moment. I placed an order on Sunday 14th and realised on Monday 15th I had ordered the wrong size. I called the company the call was answered after the first ring. The agent I spoke to (Joy?) could not have been more helpful and said she would try to get my order changed. The next morning (Tuesday 16th) she called to say that had been done. My order has just arrived(Thursday 18th) - with the amended size. Not many companies would / could do this - so thank you.

First time using this website and I wasn’t disappointed. Great variety of brands at excellent prices. Found a large Laura Ashley pleated shade on this site and for a lot cheaper. Excellent service, regular updates and speedy delivery. I’d highly recommend.
