The Online Lighting Store Avis 

We are very pleased with our new hall lights. We think the instructions needed updating as it was fiddly getting them together and we took more apart than we needed to. Otherwise they are solid and stylish lights which look very good.

I had a very good experience with the Online Lighting Store. From ordering to delivery, the communications were good, the delivery was on time and the product was exactly what we wanted. The new Ceiling light has already been fitted for a while and it is perfect. I will definitely go back

I needed to ask a few questions about the product before I committed to purchasing, my questions were answered very efficiently and truthfully, I placed my order and communication throughout was excellent.
My order arrived on time and I must say it was beautiful, much nicer even than the photo, it was fairly easy to install and I am thrilled with my purchase. The quality is excellent and it is just what I wanted for my livingroom. I would not hesitate in ordering from Online Lighting again in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone. , Quality, value, communication and speed of delivery was very good.

The lamps I ordered came in perfect condition and look beautiful.

Products good, when ordered it stated in stock and 3 weeks for delivery.
Order was placed 18/10/25 and receipt of goods was finally 01/12/25.
Communication poor on deliveries, products shipped from a European supplier. Money taken on order.
If you are prepared to wait and have no certainty when you will get your purchase , prices are OK and my products were good quality.

Item as advertised,delivered promptly

Like the look of the light but would be better if made in plastic rather than powder coated aluminium. This is a replacement for an identical one fitted approx 3 years ago. That failed , reason unknown, but the powder coating was already peeling away as it is on 5 other identical but non pir sensor lights we had fitted around the house at the same time. When we tried to remove the screw holding the front cover on it was rusted solid and we had to drill it out and managed to,break the sensor bulb at the same time which
had become brittle. Hence the need for a replacement light. Also doesn’t appear to be any adjustment on distance the pir operates and frankly it could have done with coming on earlier. My advice- change to robust plastic rather than powder coated aluminium and use stainless or brass screws so they don’t rust. It’s not a cheap light and it should last longer than 3 years.

A really good choice of lighting options and easy to navigate the site and place an order. The delivery was quick and the item well packaged. Have removed 1 star because of the extra P&P charge to our home address. So we had it sent to a friend, in England, who we're visiting next week.

Found you on line searching for this lantern, good price, excellent quality of product and service, I loved the personal contact appreciating my order. I have since gone on to purchase two more lanterns.

Delivery was very prompt. The light is fab, and comes almost fully assembled! Bought for over our stairwell and being installed imminently following building works. Very pleased with this light and the company, and would highly recommend.

5 weeks and still waiting. I contacted these guys before I ordered to check the light was in stock, and they confirmed it was. 5 weeks later and it's not arrived and I've had no contact to say when it will be. I've asked them where it is, and no confirmation. I guess I will have to do a chargeback with the bank. Really annoyed to be misled like this.
Update - New estimate (and only an estimate) for the product they said was in stock, is w/c 24/11. So this is over 7 weeks to deliver a light. I have asked for a refund. Let's see how long this takes.

The wait from order to delivery was far too long for an item classified as being in stock.Over two weeks

I ordered these along with a light and another set of bulbs, only to be told I wouldn’t receive them as it was an online mistake regarding both sets of bulbs. I did wonder as it said they were free, but thought it could be an offer with the light. I was also charged approx £8 postage for the light. It cost over £90, and the email I received said orders over £75 would be free. After raising about the lights, I subsequently raised this and showed the email saying it was free postage over £75, only to be told that was another mistake. So the company apparently made 3 mistakes regarding cost. It was quite disappointing. Light was ok, a bit more plasticky looking than I hoped for, and strange that the wires were not coloured for electrics as I expected they would be with dar apparently being made in the UK? It’s a shame, I did some research on the light and this company and feel a bit let down despite this. I understand genuine mistakes, but to have 3 in one order was quite disappointing and in a first order to the company. Maybe it was a one off and just happened to me.

Great product with plenty of lead if that is your need. Allow time for it to arrive as it takes a little time.
