My husband and I ordered this rug on August 3rd and it came in on the 13th of September and it’s perfect! I was a little nervous ordering through this site, but it came in perfect condition and it ties my living room together perfectly!

I was a first time buyer. My questions were answered promptly. The rug arrived in record time and was very well packed for transit. The rug is beautiful. It couldn’t have been a better experience.

Very quick response to my questions and even expedited shipping. Really pretty, high quality rug.

Requires a few weeks wait, but shipped safely and rug is high quality.

Extremely happy with our rug. The quality is out of the park for the price. Would definitely use them again.

At first I wasn't sure the rug would look match the colors in my office; however, it looks perfect and love it. The colors are extraordinary and customer service was amazing.

The rug was ordered and shipped to Australia. I wasn’t sure what I would get but pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rug…absolutely what was hoped for. I will definitely order again from the rug decor. Thanks

I received my rug from The Rug Decor and it’s even better than in photos. It’s absolutely beautiful, so soft and the pile is thick enough that it’s comfortable and plush under our feet. The customer service was great and the shipment was sent and received very quickly! Will definitely shop there again.

I have purchased 5 different rugs from Rugdecor for our new home. The customer service was excellent, they are highly responsive and helped select alternatives when the rug I had liked was out of stock. Everything came amazingly packaged. The quality is excellent. Cannot be happier - highly recommend.
