We ordered 2 rugs the same but you could only provide 1 which was disappointing X

I ordered and paid for a rug on 27/03/2023 they told me it was on order and would take up to 45 working days, it is now 28/06/.2023. I have sent them two emails and asked for a refund and I have had no replies, I have just looked at their UK office to find that they have gone into receivership, and they are still advertising. PEOPLE BEWARE AND SHARE THIS WITH YOUR FRIENDS

They have gone into liquidation. No item and no refund. Disgusting. How do I get my money back.

The rug was delivered on time with no issues , it was a lot thinner than we expected though.

Went in to The Rugs Outlet showroom on the North Circular Road and bought two rugs late last year at a cost of £1,200 and received prompt delivery as promised. I had no hesitation to order another similar rug in April this year, paid in full and was assured of delivery within 8 weeks.Tried calling all the numbers provided without any success. Drove to showroom and shutters were down so obviously out of business.This was confirmed by my credit card company. Couldn't have been scammed by more charming and believable people!

Been trying to get a refund on a returned item for over a month now. Ridiculous

Absolute lying scam of a company. No Facebook page now not answering the phone. Will be claiming my money back through the bank. **** DO NOT BUY FROM THEM****

Ordered rug on 1 June and received confirmation of order and then a shipment email saying my rug would arrive on Monday 5th June. The DX tracking said all day - I waited all day and no delivery. Went into DX tracking on Tuesday and only option was to rearrange delivery. The rug still hasn't arrived. Cannot find a way of contacting The Rugs Outlet who seem to have vanished altogether. Very upset about this. Will be contacting the Credit Card company to try to have a refund.

I ordered 3 Rugs in March. It's the same story as everyone else, after 45 days told me they were waiting on the stock despite being marked in stock. June now and still no rug. I note their website has been disabled

Placed an order on 25.3.23 for a rug that was in stock. There was a note that it may take 15-45 days to arrive but I thought, hmm, I'm not in a rush, that'll be fine...

Two months later, I had no rug still, and not even a confirmation email! Obviously they had taken my money though!!

I contacted their customer services, who told me that as it was a pre-order item (it was absolutely NOT or I would not have bought it, it was 100% marked as in stock) I would have to wait 15-45 WORKING days. It did not say working days, it said 15-45 days!!! They said I could either wait, choose another rug that was in stock (I am FUMING, this rug was in stock!) or get a refund. I chose a refund, and since I've said that I've had no reply and no refund. What an absolute joke, it's been over 2.5 months!!!!! Awful company

Scam. Waited the full 45 days and no rug. Now can't contact as website and messaging service won't allow. Kamal Hajighorban you should be ashamed! Wished I'd looked up his dodgy companies earlier on Companies House. Luckily PayPal have refunded.

Ordered 3 rugs on 18th April recieved 1 was happy now 12th June still not recieved the rest of order did email a few weeks back and was told had to wait 45 days already way past that. Now website seems to have closed down and no contact numbers. Shouldn't be allowed to take money until items are released for delivery. Gutted that I'm now out of pocket.

Pre ordered a rug 3 months ago, moneys been taken but now i cant get in touch about my order, no tracking it just says store closed & no further details. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. I will be claiming money back through my bank. Website doesn't work now also. Writing this review incase they happen to appear again so people know what they are like. Terrible business, give people their money back if you cant fulfil orders.
