I placed my order in April was told it was pre order so there was a 45 day lead time, we are now well over that and no delivery. It looks like the website is down and I have emailed for a refund but have had no response.

Like the recent reviews I have read below - I ordered a rug on 2 June 2023. Received a confirmation email and money has been taken from my account - but no rug. The website doesn't work and the telephone number is a very bored man saying that the office is 'now closed' but is open Monday to Friday 9-5 even though I phoned at 4pm on Thursday. Have emailed the company and will contact Mastercard after the 14 days waiting time has elapsed as it seems the company has disappeared into thin air. Very cross!

Has this place gone bump? Took my money and disappeared ?

I ordered two rugs back in march one had arrived within 5 days but the other one I’m still waiting for. So I email them, someone did email me back. As they said coz it was a per order it can take time. They said it can take up to 45 days. I have waited passed the 45 days now. (4 months) I’ve just gone to email them back and the website is not working. So clearly they have run off with my money. Do not use them. I haven’t got a clue who to report it to. And although I payed on my credit card I don’t think I will be the money back now as it’s been too long. It’s sad as I’m a single mum on low income I still had to save for this rug. To make my home nice for my daughter and companies think it’s acceptable to do this to people.

I ordered two rugs which cost me £308 I haven’t had either delivered I contacted the company to ask for an update and was told there is issues with their computer system and that they couldn’t dispatch my rugs and wouldn’t know when they could so I replied asking for a full refund so I could shop elsewhere and they have since ignored me and it looks like the website isn’t up and running anymore so I’ll be contacting trading standards first thing. I advise everyone to avoid this website as it’s clearly a scam company who take peoples money but don’t give them their orders. I’ve been looking for a rug on an alternative website and have come across a website called home looks which has the exact same rugs the exact same website layout and the exact same prices as the rugs outlet I think they have set up a new company under a new name so please beware anyone who’s thinking of using home looks for rugs as it’s likely this company.

First time ordering from this company, rug arrived within 48 hours and was well packaged. Perfect for the lounge and easy to clean so ideal for when the dog comes in with wet feet. Good price too. Happy to recommend this company.

Ordered a runner for my kitchen on 17th March 2023, delivery said 3-5 working days, the rug didn't arrive so I emailed them and was told it was out of stock and they were waiting on delivery and this would take between 15 to 45 days, so the date they gave for delivery was 26th May. 26th May has been and gone and still no rug, so emailed them Friday saying runner had not arrived, they replied to me this morning (30th may), saying rug is still out of stock but estimated delivery was between middle to end of June and they would give me a 10% refund and hold my order. Don't think so. Luckily I had paid with PayPal and got a full refund. Even though I'll have to wait 7 - 10 days for refund its quicker than buying a runner from the rugs outlet. I DID EMAIL AND ASK FOR A REFUND, I DID NOT GET A REPLY SO I WENT TO PAYPAL. IT TOOK A WHILE FOR YOU TO GET BACK TO ME. IN THE MEAN TIME I WENT TO PAYPAL.

Recently ordered the Miami cream rug, very pleased with the product. Actually it is much better than I thought, the rug loooks fantaastic, colours are more vibrant and lively than it looks on the brochures, the material is very nice an soft, feels lovely to walk or even sit on it! Excellent quality rug!
The delivery was superb, the item arrived much earlier than it was advised. I was inform about the delivery time but it was not convenient for me and I was able to change the date with no troubles.
Over all very satisfied with both the rug and the service was provided!
