second time using them awful delivery service, they state ‘order with XXX hours and receive your parcel tomorrow’ paid full price for DPD next working day well within the delivered tomorrow option, 4 days later and still have not received my parcel. Emailed twice and no reply from ‘help centre’ will never use again or advise anyone to use them.

Ordered nearly a week ago with 24 hour delivery. Order status not updated, emailed and had no response. Used before with no issues so this is quite disappointing. Phone number may aswell not exist

Only one star as I can’t put none! Didn’t even receive my order and can not get anyone to actually talk to me, or respond to any email or contact I try to make. Will not be placing an order again! Now I’ve lost my money and don’t even have the product! Disappointing, very disappointing.

received wrong iteam, contacted customer support and heard nothing back so now stuck with the wrong iteam that i don’t want and nearly £40 down! also paid for premium delivery and took nearly a week to arrive. definitely would not recommend

First time customer was excited to try it, paid next day delivery £55 money spent and no item delivered no update no response to any of my emails that I have sent, I’m £55 down with no acknowledgement, won’t be using again

Ordered £156 stuff paid £6,99 for 24 hour tracked delivery, week later still no product. Multiple emails sent minimal replies, order cancelled and partially refunded me £6.99 not the full amount, fraudulent company advice to stay clear

Ordered 7 days ago. £142 order never arrived. No response to emails. Having to get bank to charge back.

Update: Order received 9th Sep (ordered Aug 28th).

Got an email response after original review. They offered refund or reship. I agreed not to charge back and opt for reship. Order received included free gifts of decent value.

Good supplement range and good prices

I ordered 2 tubs, I had an email to say one of them are broken have got any more in stock would I like a refund or a replacement I replied to them but no reply back. I still havent received my refund and neither have I received my other order. I'll be taking this further with my bank to receive my refund!

As always 100% happy.. always quick with delivery and always there to help with any questions

Spent over £90 including shipping over a week ago. Not had any update on what is happening. Tried emailing via the help email and contacted via Instagram with my order number but not had anything back.

Ive bought my item 3 weeks ago and im yet to get it, they seem to do this often and resend another item but Ive yet to get that one aswell or even any information when it’s coming. Wouldn’t buy from them when the give the same excuse every time. “We sent your package but Royal Mail has lost it” I don’t think Royal Mail is the problem here.

I’m yet to receive the order, it’s just unfortunate

Excellent range of products at decent prices. Have ordered a few things now and all arrived very quickly and exactly as advertised. Can get high quality products not listed on many other UK sites. Would defo recommend.
