I bought a pack of king-size sheets which purported to be 200tc 100% Egyptian cotton percale. The quality is exceedingly poor. Nothing like percale and only about half the weight and density I expect from 200tc cotton. Only suitable for dusters. They agreed to the return but expect me to pay for postage.
Do not recommend!!

Very disappointed in the quality. £42 for kingsize supposedly 400TC. It weighs much less than my old John Lewis 200TC one which cost the same. After washing it was very crinkly so you need to iron it, again, never needed to with JL one. Will stay safe and stick with what I know next time and not be fooled by the Instagram algorithm !! My own fault really

I ordered a fully enclosed mattress protector. It arrived quickly, and was very well packaged. I’m so impressed with the quality of the product, and how well it fits my mattress. I can highly recommend this company. The product’s quality exceeded my expectations, for the price. I’m now going to browse their website for more bargains. Just great!

I have been using this company for 4 or 5 years now and have always found them polite, quick to respond and a pleasure to purchase from. On the odd occasion that I have had an issue, I have emailed them with my queries and they have responded within a couple of hours and corrected within 48hrs. The items are always of good quality and quickly dispatched. Thanks for being my go to for all my linens

Quality was lower than expected and after 2 washes a duvet cover had torn at the seam. Customer services not interested in replacing. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I spoke with a customer support agent only to inquire if they had the address where my parcel had been delivered, as DPD refused to give me the information.

He got highly defensive and quite rude, actually, and refused to give me his name.
He was also trying to preach me how to run the business because I had inserted the wrong postcode(which I did).

I am not bothered by his attitude at all, it is just the fact that he couldn't be asked to send me a simple email with the information he already had in front of him. All I wanted was to know the address where my parcel was wrongly delivered so we could go and pick it up.

He called me back to tell me the address, and I kindly asked him to email it to me as I was in town and there was a lot of noise around. Of course, he never sent it.

Yes, I inserted the wrong postcode; all I asked for was the address they already had from DPD! I was not blaming anyone or asking for any compensation.

The behaviour was rather shocking.

Sent the wrong things despite charging us full price for what was ordered. Then instead of apologising told us off for not opening the incorrect packet quickly enough to confirm arrival. We were expecting a box of things ordered. We got a tiny squashed packet through the letter box of the wrong thing! Due to being disabled we don't run to opening every small parcel. Instead of any apology or understanding they shamed the customer and were able list. And let's repeat no apology. Appalling. Do not use

We operate holiday accommodation. I was initially sceptical about BW as I had never heard of them. We placed our first order around 14 months ago. Mostly premium end towels, bed linen, kitchen linens, etc. The order was delivered promptly and was “as described. Have waited over a year before posting as wanted to see how the items “washed”. Very happy to report that a year on and all items are in real good condition and should see us through at least two more holiday seasons (years). Highly recommended

I placed a large order of linen and towels for a full house of 7 beds. 60% of the order did not arrive. Website phone is not in service and they did not reply to may email.
I need to go to Ombudsman, really bad experience with this company and also I lost revenue by missing bookings.

And lost hundreds of pounds for the missing items....

Bought some wonderful towels (bamboo/cotton mix) and tea towels, excellent customer services. Thank you very much. Definitely recommend and order again.

Good quality bed linen at great prices and quick delivery.

Excellent in every respect. This company supplies textiles, towels, etc. They have a wide range of stock, are available on the phone for any queries and provide a very fast service. There was a small communications problem during my transaction but this was dealt with immediately with excellent service recovery.
