Quick to diagnose my issue and very quick to fix, had this experience as few times now and can easily say they’re the best garage around. Always got your best interests at heart.

Once again Vasstech gave a great service and fast turn around on my wife’s touran. From the ladies on the service desk to the workshop staff were all brilliant. Many thanks and would highly recommend this company.

We've used Vasstech in Knaresborough since we bought our first Audi in 2012.

We've always found them to be more than fair with pricing, particularly for diagnosis which is normally potentially contentious. On top of that, the team which has been remarkably consistent are always pleasant to deal with.

Yesterday, I asked them if they'd consider a warranty repair on a part they fitted 18 months ago? Not only did they do the job at no charge but they changed both sides for me to be sure I'd have no further problems.

I can't think of another place to go with a more customer focussed approach.

I have taken my cars to Vasstech since they first opened and have always had excellent service from them. This time it was for an MOT for my Skoda Enyaq. Completed on time. I will be returning to them.

Vasstech came highly recommended when others, including a main VW dealership, were unable to correctly diagnose or fix a problem with the locked component protection system on my VW Polo. Not only did Vasstech at Northallerton quickly diagnose the problem, but also fixed it within around 90 minutes and at a very reasonable cost. I was delighted with the exceptionally good service from the extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff at Northallerton and would most definitely recommend Vasstech Northallerton without hesitation. Used to recommend these guys when I worked for Volkswagen as a sales exec as they were local and cheaper than our in house servicing. Now regret making those recommendations, couldn't even put my car back together after changing s wheel bearing and denied any liability. Simply tried to charge me more to have it put right. Won't be returning and will continue to spread the word of how unhelpful they were. To make matters worse once I got the bill they were actually very expensive

Just took my VW Caddy in for a glow plug replacement and I was initially quoted £75, they actually only charged me £45 as it didn’t take them as long as it could have. Vastech Teesside, Libby and Abby have restored my faith in the garage world. Staff friendly, Staff efficient and Staff with integrity WOW!!!

VW T4 2.5 From the start they were polite and helpful. My VW T4 had lost about 50% power after the timing belt was changed elsewhere. Lots of garages wouldn't touch it. Vasstech knew what the problem was (fuel pump timing) they fixed it. Van is running great now. Very professional l am very pleased

My car’s air conditioning broke down on the way to Northallerton for a wedding. I called this company to see if they could take a look on the of chance. They were fantastic. They squeezed me in and did a check on the car and fixed the air conditioning at a reasonable cost. They were very kind, caring and professional. Would not hesitate in using again if I found my self in the North.

We had a problem with our VW Tiguan which had a warning light meltdown whilst we were on holiday in the Yorkshire Dales. A friend recommended Vasstech and we were able to get booked in the next day. Alex, the owner was able to identify the likely cause without even seeing the car, and it turned out she was correct, of course! More extensive work was needed, but all work was done for us promptly and we were able to resume our holiday. Great garage, friendly personable service. Shame we don’t live a bit closer!

Pesky warning light on our 7 year old Tiguan turned out to be the abs sensor which they suspected on initial inspection.
Part ordered and fitted...resolved.
First time with Vasstech and will definitely use in the future...friendly team and reasonably priced.

Took my car in after reading loads of positive reviews and I'm really picky as to where I take it. I was told I needed a new clutch, fair play they said they'd try and sort It by the end of the week. Got the car back the next day, it was still making the same noise. £800 down! I took it to another VW garage who said there was nothing mechanically wrong with the car and the clutch should never have been replaced. A month later the noise is still there but drives fine and Ive completed a 600 miles round trip. I'd definitely avoid and I can't find the complaints procedure.

I have taken my Audi to Vasstech Northallerton since 2021 and have always been totally satisfied. Scott and James are always welcoming and very helpful with advice in the event that something on the vehicle needs some attention. Prices are so competitive and local collection and delivery is a very convenient option.

One of the rear suspension springs broke on our 2014 Golf, leaving us totally stuck. I phoned Vasstech straight away, and amazingly they've booked us in and had it fixed only a few hours later! All inside an hour of labour charge too. Amazingly responsive and honest. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have heard lots of good things about Vasstech so when my daughter pulled my rear view mirror off I thought I would give them a try. They made time for me even though I just dropped in. The mechanic put all the parts back together and fitted it/fixed it with 15 minutes. They didn't charge me anything for doing this. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Vasstech for your excellent service and customer service
