Mysterious company
We wasn’t informed by email to when my purchase was going to be delivered as it said on the order. I sent two emails neither was acknowledge. There is no telephone number for contact ,It arrived a week after ordering although it stated two working days for delivery.The purchase was good quality.

Need returns advice
Unfortunately the robe does not fit and there isn't a sales invoice in the parcel or any instructions on how to return the item!
It's a shame, because the robe seems to be of a good quality.
Please advise ASAP.
