I ordered 4 tires in nice price after waited and waited for 9 weeks and call that they never response. Then I called them like 10 times today and they told me that the stuff online is not in stock. Everytime they wanted me to wait and keep waiting longer. After 9 weeks, and asked them they push me to get a refund. And on top the person was rude.

I ordered 4 tires attracted by cheap price. Then waited and waited. No response. Then I called them. 4 times. Each time they wanted me to wait longer. After 6 weeks, I just gave up and asked them to refund my $.

This place ant no good order shocks well need Id card number no then they just put money back on card never said anything never get my business aging be ya that

Leave THMotorsports, don't even think about buying from them. I ordered a lift pump Jan 5 that was only 1 left....and then it ended up being claimed as on back order...well fine I can wait for awhile. But after about a month I contact them and they say 21 days or so before shipping. So I was like ok...well after that nothing...I call back and they say they'll check into it and get back the next day. The next day or so I get notified of a refund...no explanation or communication about the issue the whole time. ONLY when I reached out to them would they communicated and even then it wasn't very much. After having my 480+$ for 2 months they should have reimbursed the amount to purchase the item elsewhere. Not very pleased with them, save yourself the hassle and use someone reputable and do research before you buy, you might end up needing to use someone else amyway if you try them like I did.

This company i will never ever recommend to anyone.I ordered some headlights for 79.99.I called the next day to cancel.The man told me clearly he would cancel and it was not shipped out yet.So then i get the headlights anyway.I message and message finally get a response.”saying that it was to late to cancel”.When the man told me clearly he cancelled on the phone.So after all this i took back to post office and just returned to sender”no additional fees.Told the company as well.Then they send me a shipping label, and tell me is a 20 percent restock fee and pay for shipping”!Where does this even sound right.When i cancelled and was told .I finally after going back through paypal and free several messages get 40.00 back!Now 40.00 after i cancelled,and was told it cancelled, no communication.This is not no 20 percent or a shipping fee i shouldn’t of been charged no 40.00period! I did what i was suppose to and cancelled ,called,followed up, and these people are crooks!Never ever do business with them.I would t give them a star for nothing.But this is the only way i can let the world know no one should ever do business here!I guess customer service is not first here!They try to rip people off to make money.What a shame!Ill never ever do business w these people again.Everyone take ur business ELSWHERE!This is not the way u do business.This is all on them and should of been!

Two issues here.
1. Poor quality product from Anzo, but their customer service was very good.

2. VERY POOR Customer service from THMotorsports / Autoplicity. Yes, they'll take/receive emails; Yes, they'll take calls... Follow through is SEVERELY Lacking... COVID-19 excuse only goes so far!

BLUF: Refund requested Sep 8. Refund FINALLY received, after NO LESS THAN 8 follow-up calls / emails to THMotorsports, Dec 8.

I am extremely disappointed in the production quality of this product.

HISTORY:
Purchased April 2020. Installed and immediately identified the RIGHT / Passenger side high-beam inoperative. I coordinated for exchange of the unit. It took almost SEVEN WEEKS to receive the replacement.

With the assistance of ANZO support the replacement unit was shipped. Shortly after installation of the replacement unit, the LOW beam on it began to flicker and ultimately dimmed to approximately 25% output.

I coordinated replacement of the REPLACEMENT unit. Because ANZO can only ship in pairs, I sent a "core charge" payment to ANZO, until they received my return, which was their NEW LEFT side and my bad right side.

Just like the 1st replacement unit, on the passenger side, the low beam on my NOW THIRD passenger side assembly has begun to flicker. So yes... I've gone through THREE assemblies on the passenger side. Ironically, the driver's side has NOT had an issue!

THE GOOD NEWS IS, I believe I have determined what the cause is!
The unit functioned properly until I drove through an automatic car wash!!! I believe that the assemblies are NOT being properly sealed during production and subsequently moisture is entering the housing and causing havoc with the electronics!

I am requesting a refund of the $625 purchase price to my PayPal account.

They are not very customer friendly. I ordered a product and when I received it decided it was not what I meant to order. When I tried to return it, they notified my that I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. In todays world where you can order anything off amazon, I thought I would try a smaller company. Does not seem like they care about the customer thou with how they handle business. Never again will I order from THMotorsports

I ordered a set of control arm bushings for a BMW 2002tii because I found out that I can't install the OE style bushings. Paid $38.11 for overnight shipping because I can't get the car out of my bay without control arms.
They shipped them out the same day BUT they shipped them normal FedEx ground! The car is now stuck on my lift for a week! I could have gotten the same bushings off eBay for less and from a supplier that was much closer.
Even though I contacted them the day after I should have received the bushings they would not send another set out for overnight delivery, forcing me to wait 5 more days. All they did was refund the shipping charge.

Ordered center cap and they did not send the right one. When I called they said I would lose money sending it back, because of shipping cost. They also said the picture I went by was black and they omitted that the picture did show black but they didn’t have black so they sent me a chrome and said it just has to work. I would not recommend anyone ordering anything from these people. Poor customer service!

placed an order in July, said it will be delivered by October, end of October : "manufactured said order will be shipped on 01/17/2021" just kekW. Why even do business if you can not give any warranty on time. By the way that was a 500$ order.

If I could give ZEROS stars I would......I ordered a radiator, paid for 2 day shipping...then I call back 3 times and they send me an email stating it will be shipped in 30 days. WTH...No. I need a refund...lets see how long that takes.

Don’t do business with this company. They won’t ship your part even when it says free shipping, they turn around and say you have to pay the freight charge. Ordered in June and turns out they never even placed my order.

This site is THE WORST....they will not ship parts, inventory is not real time, clueless phone operators.

Went online for a nitrous kit, found their site, with the whole kit pictured. Ordered it for $228+some odd change and they sent a single nitro bottle we could’ve bought here in town for $80 that took 3 weeks to show up.

The customer assumes ALL risk. I purchased a set of side view mirror lens for my truck and they would not fit. Although they were correct style lens, the snap-fit tabs would not register, leaving a 1/4” gap to expose the wires. I pushed just a little in hopes they’d snap in but the dinky tabs snapped OFF. I pulled it off and snapped the OEM lenses in no problem. I contacted THMotorsports and it took them a week to respond. “We do not cover damages during or after the installation.” Was their response. No acknowledgment that the parts may be defective and outside their acceptable geometric tolerance. BUYER BEWARE!

They shipped me the wrong parts and I called multiple times everyday they kept telling me I will get the return label for the items the next day n later tonight. I’m going to call my bank to dispute the payment if they don’t follow up and return process!

I bought a GFB Diverter valve for my car . $117 . i returned it without opening the box because I changed my mind . They took off $31 !! and refund me $86, ouch ! don't shop at this place .

Ordered a Lowering kit that said arrives usually in two days. 11 days later I called to find out what was going on, they said, it ships tomorrow. 3 days later said package arrives without all the parts required to lower my sons’ truck. I call and go back a fourth with people who know nothing, then I get an email with a return label, and let me know that my first shipping cost would not be returned to me. And that I need to run around to a UPS store to return because the missing parts will not be in until September. I called and get no help! Stay away they knowingly shipped an incomplete kit! Terrible company.

It has been an absolute nightmare with this company. They advertised a product incorrectly on their site. I returned the product because it was wrong and was charged a restocking fee. They took over a month to issue a refund. Purchased on 5/2 and refund issued 6/30 less their restocking fee for a falsely advertised item. I took a screenshot and even provided them the information. They reworded the description so it is accurate as of today but I was still charged. I am disputing with the company the BBB and my credit card company.
I was told a manager would call me to discuss.....8 attempts later and nothing. Worst company ever.

I ordered a part on a Wednesday with 2 day shipping. When the part didn't arrive by the following Monday I emailed customer support. I got a reply that said they were looking into it. 2 days later, a full 7bdays after I placed my order it had still not shipped. A shipping status was applied to it and tracking number issued but FedEx never recieved the part. I then called customer service to get an updated status. They asked for my order number and said that an inventory issue occured and the part would not be available until the following month. I placed my order on April 29th, emailed on the 2nd, and called on May 6th but the part won't be available to ship until June. I would not recommend anyone purchase from this site. When was I going to be told there was an issue. Worst customer service ever.
