Terrible place. They took my money without even having the part in stock and said I would receive it in 2 months. I couldn't wait that long and for the part so I wanted my money back and they still haven't refunded it

Go to the BBB page and read the reviews before you order! You either receive a unwanted part, or no part at all! The return policy is insane, you'll never get your money back, the place is a total ghost service! Complete waste of time!

I ordered part for my 2006 sti, and when "my package" arrived it was a coil over for a truck. Then I tell the about it. Then they tell me to wait for it to go under review, then got back to me 3 days later. Now I have to send their mistake back to them with my money. Then when they get their mistake back they will refund me MY MONEY back to me. Then I can order my parts again. I will never use these people again for parts I would rather pay more money any where else then deal with THMotorsports ever again.

I ordered a power steering pump rebuild kit and they sent the wrong one .I tried calling and they keep hanging up.This place needs to be shut down,they go under the name thmotorsports and autoplicity.If you go to better business bureau web site you see tons of complaints.Beware don’t waste your time here.

Looks like a trend...do your research. Purchased a new KW Variant 3 suspension for my car and used a coupon advertised on the front of their website WORKATHOME15. Purchase went through, card charged and several days later no movement on the shipment. I inquire only to find out they will not honor the purchase...offer me a chance to have it go through for an additional $215. Should have looked into it before trying to purchase from them. They are not listed on BBB so that should tell you (me) something.

Place is complete garbage. I have ordered from them twice and got the wrong item twice. Opened a ticket a month and still nobody can give me an answer on when the correct item will be sent out after multiple emails and a phone call. So I asked for a refund and still do not have that either. Beware of this scam.

I ordered tires at $72 in stock, after taking my money the canceled the order, I would assume it is because they didn’t like the price because they are now $102 in stock. I still have yet to see me money as well, A week later.

Just to warn everyone who plans buying from this company, they will charge you 25% restocking free on your return. Zero consideration is given to the fact that we are in a middle of emergency and many are struggling to put food on the table.

Product description incorrect on site and what was delivered was wrong payment was takin at light speed but the return is going on two weeks now no credit for an exchange with an offer to pay the difference for the correct part. All you will get is a sarcastic customer service with an overtone of we don’t care we have your money

I wish I had found this site before ordering from Thmotorsports. I ordered a set of strut assemblies for my car. When they received, it was bitter winter weather in Michigan so I held off installing them. Come early March, I installed the driver side with no problem. I found the same unit in the 2nd box! They sent me two of the same part; both for the driver side. Of course this occurred on a weekend and they are closed. Come Monday morning, I made telephone contact with them and was told that "I" ordered two of the same assemblies... Serious, that's what they told me. I've been doing this for some time and never ordered two of the same part. They said they'd get back to me on "email" the following day. I knew then that they weren't going to help me. I was right... they said it was beyond "their" rule. >>Beyond 30 days<< Even though it had never been installed. They failed to respond to any of my other email requests for reconsideration. I now discovered they have been suspended in the BBB. Why didn't I do my research on this before I ended up getting taken by a low rate, back alley company. Beware and be safe folks.

THmotorsport has a very bad returns policy. I purchased a rear shocks for my car and they sent me the wrong shocks. I call them to take care of it, they opened a ticket and let it sit there for weeks. Every time I followed up with a phone call they keep saying that they will take care of it in 24- 48 hours, but in reality, they never do. This is really frustrating!!!! Stay away, don't buy from THmotorsports if you don't want to get frustrated....

Avoid at any cost,ordered brake kit for my car,great price so far so good,was delivered in a very timely manner another plus,until i opened the pads and realized they were not the same,here where the fun starts,called the same day friday afternoon the guy in the phone told me someone will get in touch in 24hrs,its monday already i got response from Michael that they will proceed to get rma,on top of that i send picture with the wrong part which does not ship from them actually but from the manufacturer,anyway its been a week now no return postage label issued,wont respond to email,ordered from another company and will deal with those guys tomorrow
BE aware terrible terrible customer service as you can read from most of the reviews here,i was stupid enough not to check here first and remember cheap always comes at a price

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 57 years of life! I ordered some shocks and was never notified they did not have them. I canceled the order and ordered them form another company. 5 days later I got the shocks from THmotorsports. I called them and asked for a rma. After a week I never got the rma and had to call back again. So I finally get the rma and return their shocks. They refunded the amount for the shocks but still billed me for shipping. SO I had to call them back. I explained everything to Michael in shipping and they said they would have to research it and they would get back to me! So after 3 more days I called back and they acknowledged they owed me the cost of shipping and it would be processed tomorrow. SO over 5 days later I had not received the refund, I called Michael back and he is checking why it hasn't gone through. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and Michael says the phone system is being changed and thats not possible. I have also asked to a supervisor to call me and of course, I have never received a call from anyone! Stay away from this company! MarkBrickens at the hotmail place

Don’t walk away from this company, RUN AWAY!!! Their very rude and unprofessional!!! And last but not least their crooks!!! They hang up in your face when you call to get updates about your order

Ordered fender trim, didnt fit so returned them in May, its now October still waiting for refund. Do not buy from this company

I ordered a SMITTYBILT winch Sunday.

I called Monday, it was "processing"

I called Tuesday it was "processing"

After three days THMotorsports says they want 400 to ship the winch.

I never got a response from management.

They claim they have items in stock but then say it is being drop shipped from Smitty.

Avoid THM.

I ordered my part on their website on September 5th. It is now the 16th, and my part still hasn't been shipped. They sold me my part for $200. Two days later they say they need shipping fees. I paid that, too. Waiting times on the phone are long. They are nonresponsive to emails. Wouldn't bother telling me my tracking number, either. Money is money. I can always make more. But I would very much like to take this company down for their false advertising and fraudulent claims. They are stealing people's money and getting away with it! Something must be done!

Called to check on product's stock and/or lead time to ship (listed on their website). I ordered the part, paid for the part, then got a cancellation with no explanation 4 days later. I called 3 times to place another order, and was put on hold FOREVER each time. These guys need a class in customer service. I am surprise they are in business. Not sure why all the great reviews........

Ordered parts, only some arrived. Called in, they said oh, sorry other parts are shipping separately. We'll call the warehouse and send you the other tracking number. They didn't, but one of the parts arrived anyway that day (Friday evening). Call back in, ask where the remaining part is, they say oh sorry, we forgot to ship it, we'll overnight it. Can I have a tracking #? That's not available until 6 p.m. tonight. Call back in, hung up on twice, call back on a different phone, they hang up on me after I explain why I'm calling. Absolutely ridiculous. If part doesn't arrive tomorrow I'm filing a complaint with the credit card to get my money back. Trust me it's not worth the hassle. Avoid THmotorsports.
