Easy to work with and staff is very knowledgeable. Only thing is I had called after the order was placed to change my order a bit and I’m not sure if the part was removed after I saw the order confermation email. We’ll see.

Ordered some coilovers and they happened to be out of stock, spoke with a few people and I ended up getting some other coils they had in stock ..

One of my worst online purchase experiences if not the worst ever. This experience is exactly why I always attempt to spend my hard earned money locally first....This is the short version. I ordered my much needed parts online, website says *in-stock and should receive in 4-5 days. On the 5th day I email to inquire about delivery date(no tracking number provided), Next day I'm informed the parts are not in stock for 10 more days. I ask how to get a refund. Next day I received an email from a different email address saying they apologize for the mix up, Parts have shipped as scheduled and will be arriving soon. Four days later I inquired "where are my parts"!? On the 11th, Reply is sorry parts are out of stock until the 16th... On the 19th. I inquired *status? Reply, sorry parts are delayed until the 22nd.!? I'm not very confident I'll receive these much needed parts anytime soon. I'd gladly have paid THM's competitor the extra $30 if I'd known they are selling parts they didn't truly have....beware!

Whole experience was great. Shipping was faster than expected, and it was free! Can't beat that. Customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was very helpful, and answered all of my questions. I tried to purchase the same parts from two other retailers and they shipped them to the wrong address or didn't have them in stock to ship...Would buy from again.

Could’ve been better, ordered brakes and rotors that were shown to be in stock, -they weren’t.
They offered me an alternative and tried to help with a discount at least I guess. Overall they got back to me and I SHOULD be getting my lowering springs in the coming days. Also read a review on them about just the same issue, fix that.

THMotorsports claimed they had a brake pad/rotor set in stock and I prefer to support small businesses over Amazon so I decided to try them out. I ordered and then they send a message saying they are "checking warehouses" all over to source the item... so they did not have it in stock, needed to get from their distributor. I asked for cancellation, they said they would in one day. Then I hear nothing, and no refund. Then they say 1-3 day. It has been 5 business days and they still holding my money for an item they do not have, do not stock, will not be shipping, that they promised cancellation on. Meanwhile my money is tied up, I cannot order elsewhere, I cannot fix my truck, I prefer to support small business... but if I had stuck with reliable Amazon I would already have my parts and my truck fixed!

Lowest prices on aftermarket parts, if not they'll price match but they rarely need to. Fast shipping on their in-stock items. Great communication and outreach. My only minor complaint is that sometimes the site can load slowly or encounter errors loading certain items. Aside from that, they are definitely the first and usually the last place i need to go to for parts.
