Placed an order for Wilwood brake pads for my car. Website says most orders ship in 2 days and they advertise that if they say it's in stock, it IS in stock. 5 days later I have nothing from the company except an order confirmation showing my order and they had charged my Pay-Pal account for the order. Checking online again, I see a note on my order status that the order had been cancelled. Calling the company, I am advised the brake pads are out of stock and they don't know when they will be available??? The order detail form shows they have 52 of one set of pads in stock and the other set of pads they have 70 some in stock as I speak to the rep. So much for actually having items they say are in stock, in stock! AND, if they didn't have them in stock and already cancelled my order, why did they charge me for the pads? I'll never order from or recommend this business to anyone.

Buyers beware !!!! They will not refund there surplus parts. Bad customer service Michael Novelo is a crook,... do not purchase from this company ! i just threw my money away.

Customer service is terrible. I heard they were bad but their prices were too good to pass up on. Called the 1800 number for some part number help and WOW, I was speaking to a super rude child. I was respectful the entire time but now I will believe the horror stories and avoid this company.

Parts that were described as applicable to my vehicle were wrong. When I initiated a return, the "support tech" concurred and also agreed that they would pay for shipping. My request for the return was approved on Dec 2, 2018. When I received my RMA number via email, there were no shipping labels included. They reneged. While arguing my point via email over the course of several days, I noticed that their website listing had changed and was now showing the correct parts for my vehicle. After several email exchanges I finally received the shipping labels on Dec. 7 and returned my items on the 10th. I was told on Dec. 14th that my items were received and to expect a refund within 3 to 5 business days. Over a month later of inquiring emails and phone calls, I finally received my return on Jan 31, 2019. I recommend that you not waste your time with this company. AVOID them.

I called to place an order for my father, got transferred to many other lines so many times, very rude and disrespectful. You either need to train the men how to have more manners & learn what's the true definition of costumer service or you need to fire everyone, never again will I try to place an order, do NOT bother purchasing or calling. Placing an order online and through the phone is a complete mess.

Tried to return an item granted it was quite a bit of time but wouldn’t even work with me on discounts or price matching. Also the sales guy I spoke with was super rude.

Impossible to get on the phone, they don't honor their no hassle returns. Please buy from anyone else. So many better companies out there. Speaking to this company makes you think they are ran out of someones garage.

Very disappointed in my first dealings with THMotorsports. I ordered a Splitter for my S2000 on August 30th after a Semi blew a tire and destroyed my previous lip. Order process was easy and shortly after I ordered received and email stating it would be a few days before my order shipped. I responded to clarify and was told 3-4 days. I waited until August 12th and finally after not receiving my order or an email from the company, sent a request to find out what was going on. After another day I received an email saying it is expected to be ready to ship by the 24th. After speaking to 2 different individuals at the company, I was told that they take no responsibility for not following up with me and in no way will compensate me for losing a month waiting on an order that originally was to ship in 3-4 days. I have canceled my order and I caution you against ordering from them even if the price seems good because customer service is the last thing you can expect to receive .

A "tech support guy" I spoke with was a bit obnoxious.

Very good personal customer service. Had a few hiccups with an order but they resolve the issue relatively quickly. Issue was likely with shipment from a manufacturer. Wait times for orders can be slightly lengthy as they can come from abroad (European manufacturers) or straight from manufacturers, but if you're not in a huge hurry and prefer some of the lowest prices online, this is definitely a great way to go. Very good selection of performance specific products. 2 orders already and I will definitely be ordering again.

I got my money back thanks to PayPal not this merchant. Took 3 weeks. I buy tons of stuff on line for my cars and THmotorsports will never see another dime of my money. There are lots of options out there.
