Great customer care
The package was indeed addressed incorrectly which created a bit of a chaos and a monthly delay in delivery. In spite that, the team of Thysol was the most helpful and offer to resend the whole order in case the packed will be lost. The products are high quality so I will repeat my in the future.

Send to wrong address…
I can’t write anything about the product because I still didn’t receive my order (it’s been nearly a month, hence 2 stars). When I finally contacted NZ post, I’ve learned that the package was addressed wrong so it couldn’t be delivered (I’ve checked my order and it’s a correct address there, so not sure what happened). Apparently they’ve managed to find the package but I’m still waiting…

Thank you for your honest review Cathy. Even though our tapes are made from medical grade cotton with a hypoallergenic adhesive, they do sometimes cause redness or irritation. Would you mind sharing more details with us? You can do so by emailing us at info@thysol.com.au
Late but good
Haven't received it. Don't expect a good rating if you ask for it before receipt of goods. Goods should have arrived yesterday.
PS. After receipt.. Very happy with product. Works as expected.

Sorry to hear you received it so late! We send out these requests well after your order was placed, so we expect your order to be delivered by Australia Post by then. Your order was placed and shipped on the same day, October 12. Unfortunately we have to rely on parties such as Australia Post for timely delivery. We hope you understand that. I see your parcel was delivered on the 23rd, which is not the 3-5 days that Australia Post gives off as a timeframe. We do apologise for that.
