Freya is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has a can do attitude to give the customer what they they think they want but is also very artistic so is able to suggest alternatives to consider. They are able to get anything you want using over 60 suppliers to ensure this is achieved.

Fraya has been extremely helpful throughout the process.
I have now used Tiles and Stone for 2 bathrooms fit outs and am intending to do a 3rd.
The level of customer service is exceptional.

Avoid Bracknell store at all costs! Staff are awful! Old guy behind the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Spent the whole time on his phone behind the counter. Was dismissive of any questions, completely unbothered in trying to help. Got nothing but grunts and under his breath comments. Completely awful attitude. We left in the end and went elsewhere where customer service was completely different!!

So don’t even think of going here. You won’t be treated well. Worst part is we were looking into spending £3000+. Clearly doesn’t want our money.

Not impressed with Aberdeen staff. A little training required I think.

Great service, they had a record in store of the grout and grout colour I purchased 4 years previously, and had it in stock to take away.

Tiles were not ordered until I chased and therefore had to rearrange with tiler after being told it would only take a couple of days for delivery. Still waiting for delivery

Brilliant service and always go the extra mile. Tiles were ordered promptly and arrived ahead of time. A couple of broken tiles were replaced the next day without argument.

We had spent months visiting bathroom shops. We literally went into tiles and stone with little hope. Met Freya and within the week she bought everything together and created our dream bathroom. She didn’t once try to do any hard selling and kept within our budget. It was such an easy experience and I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a bathroom.

Freya is extremely efficient and creative with her designs.
