Wonderful experience
We bought the wall tiles for our bathroom from Tiles and Stone Direct and couldn't rate them highly enough. We're so indecisive but they offered opinions, did a visual AI generated image for us so we could picture the tiles in situ. All staff very friendly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Prompt delivery but one broken tile
Prompt delivery and exactly the right tiles, competitively priced. One was broken however and feel they should have been wrapped in something to prevent damage.

I would highly recommend Tiles and Stone Direct. We were assisted by Freya W. who was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish we received amazing customer service, she helped us pick the tiles for our bathroom projects and also our new kitchen and family room. Matteo was great from the start and provided a great customer support throughout.
He proceeded the order very quickly and at a very competitive price.
Once the tiles were delivered, Matteo got in touch to check whether everything was to the right standards.
