Great service and tiles came before the date they said so that was a good

Visited Tilesandstonedirect to look for tiles for our en-suite.
Service was really good and a large choice of tiles with good advice from the team. Would certainly use again.

We were worried we couldn’t find the quarry tiles we needed, to match our originals laid in about 1950. We searched the internet. Our local tile shop had them! Knowledge of staff and delivery - all good

Service was excellent, they spent as long as we needed while we selected what tiles we needed. The range of tiles is extensive. We then worked together checking measurements and then worked out the cheapest way to get the tiles i.e. boxes or single tiles. I've done 4 stars as my tiles are on order so I haven't taken delivery yet. I'm not expecting any issues and the tiles to arrive on time.

A great store with excellent range. Freya was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, taking time to discuss the options without being rushed or pressured, offered to create an artist’s impression to visualise the tile and floor options. Making the decision so much easier, always with a smile. A fantastic representative and a great experience. Highly recommended

Freya has been awesome in helping us with choosing tiles. Loads of helpful advice and practical tips with layout. There was plenty to choose from, and they even held our order until we were ready to collect it. Highly recommend and a massive thank you to Freya.

The positive, was the gentleman was very helpful on the day and the customer services was good. However when my bath fitter went to fit the tiles every tile was damaged or chipped, when I informed the company I just about got an apology every box was clear stored outside the warehouse as the box was wet and falling apart.. it ashame I'm very disappointed

Absolutely first class but house number for delivery was written down incorrectly but driver phoned to get the right house number

Great store and very attentive staff, unfortunately through no fault of there’s, my order was “trashed” by the courier and no further tiles were currently available. My refund was promptly handled by the staff.
