Plus, Vick M in Tobacco Stock Sales was super helpful, responsive and knowledgeable in my tobacco storage question and provided a "work-around" with a product not in stock (not their fault as I initially ordered "many" bags of Golden Harvest Silver, but Vick M offered the same product in 5 lb bags)...

Game leaf corporation number there customers service is rude. Don't know Nothing about there website, there products not what they say about there leaf. the dark be light and,than the flavors don't taste like they should there regular leaf you can say. And they be having a bunch of holes in there products also

I had a lazy order picker
I had a lazy order picker. They sent the wrong filters and tobacco. The return label they sent could not be printed by the USPS. I was charged $11.45 to return the complete order and it was all the companies fault.

Tobacco Stock is fast and dependable!
I have used Tobacco Stock for my last 4or5 orders. I am very pleased with their service. They usually send it out the same day or very next day and I get it in 3-4 days. Order has always been correct. I use to use Smokers Outlet and there was always a problem and they used UPS and it always sat in Illinois for days and it was usually late Tobacco Stock is much better!

I have used Tobacco Stock for 2 years. I had to contact them 1 time in 2 years because my order was delivered to the wrong house. Not their error, because I purchased the very cheap insurance they immediately shipped me out a new order at no cost and it arrived next day. My original order was left on my step with a note saying it was delivered to them by mistake. I emailed Tobacco Stock, they sent me a label (for free) so I could return that order. Today I couldn't find my tracking email, Tobacco Stock sent me a picture of my email and the tracking info, my order was delivered a few hours later. Highly highly recommend. Fantastic prices and customer service. You have a customer for life!
I ordered 3 cartains phillie whites
I ordered 3 cartains phillie whites. I had to email them a copy of my order, and a picture of what they sent. I paid 16.99 for expedited shipping. They sent me phillie reds. Wanted to send me a return label to ship back. Then, wait for those arrive to them, before they send the correct ones. That would be at least 2 weeks wait. Refused to to refund for expedited charges. Manager was rude. He said human error on their part, is not their problem. Won't be buying from this company again.

I have read several of the "less than sparkling" reviews and I felt compelled to add my two cents worth. I just received my third order (in the last 5-6 month timeframe) and this order was just like the first two. I ordered on a Thursday afternoon and received shipment on the following Monday. My four cans of pipe tobacco were fresh (at least the first can I opened) and undamaged. Maybe I have just been lucky, but I find TobaccoStock to be extremely responsive, to deliver market par product, and as a rule at the cheapest price online. I definitely will used them yet again when the time comes. GOOD tobacco purveyor!

I was excited to try ordering but when receiving my order today it’s sad to say that both boxes of my game leaf cigarillos were stale as hell. Like gheesh. You’d think these boxes had been sitting on ice for years. I can’t do anything with these. So hard and when you try to peel it …… they just split and break. My first experience was the worst and I will NOT be ordering again as I thought they would be my regular …. Now I will just be going back to Sam’s club
