Discrete & Defective
I loved the quick, delivery service. It was by far the coolest thing, got a 9 inch shloong delivered right to my door in 15 mins. The packaging was discrete in a brown bag, almost like a packed lunch. The only problem was when I got home and charged up the w a n k e r it only lasted 20 mins, it killed my whole vibe. So I charged it up again, the light turns off only ten minutes in of charging and I'm convinced it's defective. So long story short I went back to get another one and now it's just sitting in my room still in it's packaging and I'm over it. I appreciate being able to get another one at no cost, but I will never buy another Adam and Eve product.

Same day delivery amazing

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!
They offered 1-hour delivery and I paid over $50 for it BUT it took almost 3 hours for them to actually arrive. I could've driven to the store and back in that time and saved myself the money. If they offered 3-Hour delivery I wouldn't even be upset, but don't offer what you're incapable of accomplishing- it's false advertisement.

We promise fast delivery ("usually in an hour") but in a place like Miami a lot of things can sometimes impede this, traffic accidents, bad weather, time when the order came in, lack of delivery drivers etc. I can assure you that 90% of our orders are delivered within an hour. I hope that you'll give us another opportunity in the future.
