From dissertation to current applied and academia research
When I upload my videos or audios, I receive immediate attention, fast turnaround, they let me know they're working on my project, and it's all accurate, no spelling errors, good grammar, punctuation. I am using them for my academic and applied research, for interviews leading to a book under writing. A reasonable result
The transcriptions were reasonably accurate - inevitably there were names and places that weren't accurately transcribed and sometimes the transcript just didn't make sense. I didn't get the impression that it is checked very well and therefore required a lot more work before it was the finished article.

Very reliable!
Always does a great job of transcribing my recordings quickly and for a good price. Not always perfect but I don't pay for verbatim, so it's pretty close! Very reliable.
